Support auto attendent lies!
Lost service on a Sunday. Called support and could never get an answer (hours). The on hold message said "We are aware of problems in your area, you can hang up" They lied - they knew nothing about my outage and there were none in the whole area i was then told. Finally got hold of someone this morn. They said, "oh yeah, the automated system does that". No apology or acknowledgement that that is just a cruddy thing to do to your customers. Then got hung up on since I was at work and got mad they would not put in a support ticket without a picture of the modem. Ok, I did curse. First appt is tomorrow. No way to get on a cancelation list, they said "try calling again later" like its a fun experience. Metronet support used to be excellent. Not since the sale?
