Returned to Bonded warehouse?

Hello, hope everyone is doing well, just had a question on what’s a bonded warehouse and where is my package even at? Is it in China, South Korea or the destination country (U.S). Also when putting in the tracking number into 17track.net it doesn’t seem to provide any information on the parcel, having a bit of difficulty tracking it. How can I order my Mulebuy items through another agent?

Guys, I need some advice. I have more than 15 items stuck in the Mulebuy warehouse and, because of the issue I’m having, I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be able to recover them or get a refund.
In the meantime, I’d like to reorder the same items through another agent, but I originally found them directly on Mulebuy.
Is there any way to take the links of the items I found on Mulebuy and order them through another platform/agent (such as CNFans, Superbuy, Sugargoo, etc.)?
Basically, I’d like to know how I can find the original Taobao/Weidian/1688 link starting from a Mulebuy product/link.
If anyone knows how to do this or has had the same issue, could you explain the process to me? Thanks 🙏

Am I cooked or is there a way to refund?

So around August 3rd(I didn’t know about the warehouse raids) I purchased Mulebuy balance to purchase the items in my cart. I spent about $600 on Mulebuy. I saw that some items were shipped but nothing has yet to come to the warehouse or any updates. I told my friend about it and he told me the warehouse got raided and I was in shock. I really don’t want to lose $600 for nothing so is there a way I can get refunded or anything.

Side note: I called my bank to see if they can refund the transaction and they said they will have to close my bank account and card to do an investigation that could take up to a month. I also know that some people randomly got refunded by Mulebuy but I was unlucky and haven’t got a refund.
