How Keita & Fumi get together in the Shadowside is one of the biggest mysteries in the series to me. Some fans give the weak excuse: "They get together at some point" like it makes this better. Like every Keita series after is obsessed with NEVER getting to "that point". Plus, not giving us much in leaving it to the imagination. Both the EX & MN series portray this relationship as a frickin mess & joke.

In contrast, if they learned from what the Digimon Adventure series does. Have the time change each time they go back, we'd give it. But no, their mainline relation is the same static one it's been since episode 1. No development or no likeability. They had two chances, and the writers screw it up. Especially painful, because it happens after Shadowside.

Overall, how they end up is mystery. I mean, anything to make seem like their marriage isn't just superficial. Or the writers did it on a whim rather than actually caring about it.

cryptic yokai are the classic yokai equivalent for merican yokai. To start off the series, I introduce you all to the cousin of snartle, quaiverpal!

He is based on the qalupalik from Inuit folklore. A creature known for abducting children if they get too close to the edge of icy shore lines. depending on the version they do this so the kids are kept in a sleep like trance so they drain their vitality or because they are lonely. quaiverpal leans more into the latter version being a fearsome yokai who is very lonely.

His function is similar to snartle where if the player gets to close to an icy shoreline, a quaiverpal jumps up and chases them. They are slightly weaker to their cousins in Springdale but are still powerful in their own right.

Many are thinking this new statement could be about the recent fan made port of yo kai watch 2 for Nintendo switch which had a HUGE reach and a good amount of talk surrounding it online (especially for a yo kai watch project). As they said in the statement, Level 5 has actually taken action against the fan group who was working on the port and the original announcement has even gotten taken down.

Now sure you can say they are stopping the pirating of the game. But this also puts fan made english translations of yo kai watch 4, y academy, and all other fan projects at risk as well unless you buy the game 100% legally whcih, since there are no official PC ports can you really mod your switch copies legally? (Dont know about the PlayStation versions)

They really said "dont pirate our games" then proceed to not acknowledge the hundreds of hundreds of fan requests for new ports or overseas releases of ykw 4 or y academy, or busters 2 or sangokushi or pretty much ALL other games besides the first 3 plus blasters.
