Well, the car still sounds neat! In my opinion.

I'd like to build this as my first kit. But finding nitro engines doesn't seem to be that easy, especially bigger CC. Most places are out of stock on LRP, OS or SH engines .32 or bigger.

If I want an XL, it makes sense to have an XL engine haha.

Any advise on sourcing big block engines? (UK)

Slowly getting closer to finishing my big bloc install for my T-Maxx. Waiting on a response back from Robinson Racing about an all metal forward only gear kit. Engine is an Alpha 5 port .28. Can’t wait to get it driving!

Cleaning out my garage and came across these beauties. I was into the 1/8 Buggy 20 yrs ago but life got in the way. Getting back into it. The top p5 is modified by Jim hottinger of fusion motorsports it's not even broken in yet, maybe 2 tanks and it is beast. The rb concepts WS7 II is also a beast it has crazy power. Maybe half gallon on that motor.

I take in old broken RC cars that no one wants and try to give them a new life. I always wanted a Kyosho Quad Rider but never had a chance to buy one. So I use those broken parts to make this. The front suspension is from a Ultima and the back is from a Lois Pro Moto. I still have the throttle servo to connect and the engine will need broke in.

Only a couple more to go.

I’ve picked up two old 1/10 (I think as it’s 250mm from wheel to wheel) scale nitro cars.

Having trouble figuring out what make & model they are.

I’ve got one up and running so far, was very far from it when purchased.
Time to start on the next one, but was hoping to purchase some suspension + control arms etc to upgrade.

I would assume those kinds of things aren’t universal so wanting to know what model and make it is!

The complete one’s engine is a mystery to me too, reverse image searching the logo did not help.

Also replaced the clutch bell and spur gear because they were destroyed.
