how compatible are reaper miniature dwarfs with Oathmark dwarfs?
I'm looking to pick up some oathmark dwarfs for One Page Rules, but looking to pike up some reaper mini dwarfs for different hero models.

Two versions of King Kashchei the Lich Sorcerer and the Dark Lord, slowly but surely the army of the Undead is growing. The main driving force will be the Cursed Legion, an army of skeletons in the armor of Roman legionnaires, and I may add some more in ancient armor. I really liked the Gauls from Medbury, and I'm considering adding them to the list of the Dead. They will be present in both Oathmark and Frostgrave, both as an army, a bestiary, and as adventurers. I have a couple of living necromancers for this purpose.
Got to try the game last night. My mix of humans and undead fought a battle against lizardmen (orc and goblin rules) and lost, but I like the game itself. Will be playing more.
139 dwarves of various specializations. I know that only 1/5 of them have been painted, and I'm gradually fixing this. I'm definitely going to add more dwarves, as well as war machines and monsters. Most likely, I'll add balistas and their counterparts, as well as miners and explosives specialists. In my opinion, catapults are less useful because they can cause cave collapses, and firearms can also cause cave collapses due to humidity and the depletion of breathable air.
So I play a lot of wargames with my GFs brother and his daughters, and a few other kids from the family (all middle school age) want to play Warhammer Old World. However, the rules are way over their head (and to be fair, mine as well, lol). So we thought Oathmark would be a great alternative. However, we're finding that because we play in teams with the kids, alternating activation is grinding the game to an absolute halt. Getting 3 kids per team to make a unanimouse decision to move one unit back and fourth is...let's just say exhausting.
Is there a reason gameplay speaking you can't run Oathmark as an "I go you go" system? If so, are there any tweaks people recommend? We just think if we can do I go you go without breaking the game. We can assign each kid a unit or two and move the game along as well as give them each a little ownership over their portion of the battle.
Thanks for any advice in advance! It's greatly appreciated!
Hello! Those are the Dremean elves, planned for Oathmark/ Hail Caesar as additions to my wife army !
I’m only getting started in Oathmark but i’m happy tos hare the conversions i’m doing for playing it.
Hi all I'm brand new to Oathmark, all I know is what I've seen in some batreps on YouTube. I have a love of lizardmen and I've been steadily collecting figures from GW and other manufacturers, without really knowing what I plan to do with them. A few are based and painted but most of them just sit around gathering dust. I have been hesitant to put them on bases cuz I don't want to re base them all when I decide on a game I want to play them in.
Does anyone have a great homebrew lizardmen army for Oathmark? And is it possible they get official support in the new edition? Also if you have inspirational pics that would be helpful in getting these critters onto my painting desk! Thanks.
Just ordered the book and looking forward to learning and playing but wanted your guy's thoughts on the rules and balancing. I really like that the game seems to have more narrative driven stuff compared to the Old World and AoF. I have been looking for something I could run some cool campaigns with hex maps similar to Warmaster & Mighty Empires but also something I could use for my D&D's mass combat stuff. just my late night ramblings thanks for reading!
Hi all, I have built a list for the upcoming peachy tips narative event, this would be the first time I have played so looking for a little advice on how to build a fun list (have never been great building competitive lists anyway). What i have so far for the 2000pts list;
Capital: human city
Region 2: plains, Iron mines
Region 3: Barrens, Forest, Iron mines
Region 4: Towers, Hermitage, Dark Forest, Hill Caves
Prince
Dwarf Spellcaster (with ring of spellcasting)
Elf Spellcaster (with ring of spellcasting)
3x Human Champions (1 on horse)
19 Human Warriors
19 Human Linebreakers
19 Human Spearmen
10 Human Archers
4 Human Heavy Cavalry
5 Elf Rangers
5 Elf Rangers
Wulver
Is this a potentially fun list? Do I have too many big blocks? Not enough speed/cavalry? More monsters? Any advice welcome. Going for a bit of a Viking mercenaries theme so open to ideas from that
