Considering joining Olilo at some point in the future. For comparison with my current ISP, can anyone share latency to Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare or others (I'm using a UniFi router and this would be shown on the console dashboard).

Hi all, new Olilo consumer customer here. I picked Olilo over Zen mainly because support was so quick to respond when I was deciding, and that experience was great.
Since Thursday evening, though, I haven't had a reply to a couple of follow-up emails and I'm a bit unsure where things stand:
- Router: I bought the eero 7 and was told it would be dispatched Thursday for delivery Friday. It hasn't arrived yet and I've asked for tracking details so someone can be home to receive it.
- Activation date: I originally picked Friday 2 Oct. Olilo let me know Openreach rejected that and moved it to Monday 5 Oct, which was fine. But I've now had an Openreach email saying Tuesday, so I'm not sure which date is correct.
Is there a phone line or live chat for consumer support, or is email the best route? I'd just like to confirm when the router will arrive and that activation is on track, so I can plan around it.

Ever since switching from Plusnet, I’ve had intermittent issues with sky glass and the sky streaming pucks dropping streams and cutting out mid-program with the “ technical fault” error. Every other streaming service has been fine.
I did speak to the sky technical support who have blamed the Internet connection, saying that they are seeing dropped packets and retransmits
Router is UniFi UDM SE. Sky TV is directly plugged into the UDM over Ethernet.
Are there any particular options or recommended configurations to optimize for sky?
