Selling a brand new pair of headlights Chrysler PT Cruiser. They’re still in the box and have never been opened.
I bought them for my PT Cruiser but ended up selling the car before I got around to replacing the old headlights.

Money's tight --- can I do this shortcut?

-I have a car (not a great car) that I need to last another 1.5 yrs. (I got a special needs daughter that I take care of a wife and a little boy). I make good money but 'in one hand out the other' --- I'm working broke.

My PT cruiser looks like it blew a Ring *cly #4. --- my gear monkey friend says 'you don't have to bore out the hole...just change the rings' !

Since it would take 'months to get the head born-out' (shops are backed up big time),... can I skip that step?

IF SO, it would save me a lot of headaches, times and money.

This is a base model 2006 pt Cruiser, I've just gotten my girl back after having the ac fixed. She's never done that noise before and while she is idling, her rpm bounces up and down between 1 and 2 while making that noise and does like this sort of straining rattling. Not the noise but the way she vibrates feels off. Can anyone tell me what it is? The noise seems to be more prominent on the left side.

Love my little cruiser. Iv had it for about 18 years. It’s almost never failed me. I lost the second set of keys for 7 years and found them this year in a bag, with Christmas decorations. The engine failed in 2015ish and I had it replaced with an engine from a totalled Pt cruiser at a junkyard. The cloth material top has never failed or leaked or anything.

My seat warmer in my 03 limited turbo literally caught fire :(

I love my baby so much but that was crazy, sadly imma have to get rid of her cause I can't keep dealing with something like this happening. Bye bye princess I suppose.

One of my favorite cars growing up, nice to see it getting some love as a Hot Wheels now.

I love the car but its driving me crazy. I changed the timing belt two weeks ago. A couple of days later this noise started to appear. I drove the car to the mechanic an hour away and by the time i got there the noise was gone smh.

They still checked it and said everything looked okay. I drove it back and no noise. That was on Friday.

Today as soon as i start the car the noise is back.

What could it be?
