Passenger side CV axle replacement confusion.

I ordered new GSP CV axles about a month ago off rock auto. They both were listed as compatible for my PT cruiser year and model, 2004 turbo, limited trim. I only just now got around to pulling the old CV axles off, was able to do it without needed it even go under the car.

As soon as I got them off I compared them to the new ones. The drivers side is a perfect match minus a black thing in the middle, not sure if that is needed or not.

the passenger side is totally different and I was confused if this new one is even compatible at all. It has a bracket that holds it in place to the car, and it connects to a second smaller rod. It actually just looks the same as the drivers side axle, but connected to that smaller rod. Will this still work even though it is different ? If not, where can I purchase a new/correct one?

Best budget alternator?

I need to replace the alternator in my 2004 turbo pt cruiser. I have a bit of a tight budget of about $200. I found quite a few brands, but I am not sure which one to go with. I know new is preferred, but I dont know if I could afford any brand new, so I am looking at the remain ones.

Lower control arm bolt completely seized, not sure what to do now

This stupid bolt from hell on the lower control arm is completely seized, and I am not sure what to do now to remove it. I have tried loads of penetrating oil, I have tried using a breaker bar, and my 900ft pound torque gun, and it is just not breaking loose. I don't have access to a blow torch unfortunately, but I am not sure if that would do anything at this point.

Can I put jack stands under the unibody frame/beams?

I need to remove the rear axle on my 2004 PT cruiser. I have the car on jack stands, on all the jack points/pinch welds. I was not aware that the rear axle is connected to the trailing arm, which are two of the jack points. I need to move the rear jack stands, but I am unsure where I could place them. I was thinking of the unibody beam, but is that safe for this vehicle? I know it is for most other vehicles, but on this cruiser I've only ever used the pinch welds. I linked some photos.

Which of these budget wheel hubs/bearings would work best for now?

I have a 2004 turbocharged PT Cruiser with the limited trim. I recently did a ton of work on it to get it back on the road after it has sat for a long while. The only thing I have to do now is replace all the wheel hubs and bearings. Unfortunately, I don't have a very good budget left to work with right now, as all the other work took pretty much all of it. I have about $150 left. I see Timken and SKF are the brands always recommended for most vehicles. I can't afford those as of now. My budget leaves me with the following brands on RockAuto/walmart/amazon:
Dorman, SKP, Durago, WJB/INMOTION PARTS, GMB, and FVP.

I really need to get something on there and get the cruiser back on the road. I know going with a cheap/budget brand will usually result in having to replace it sometime soon. That is totally fine in this case, as I will definitely be buying Timken or SKF in a few months, or perhaps after the winter, when I can afford it.

Need some rotors fast, having trouble deciding which brand to go with.

I just finished a ton of work on our car. It had been sitting for a long while, and only in the last month have I been able to get to work on it and purchase the parts. I started already on a set budget, but after having to redo the whole suspension front and back, CV axles, and rust repair, I am left with a pretty tight budget. I have everything completed and good to go. The only thing I need now is rotors. I need to get something in a hurry to throw on there for now just to get the car back on the road. I don't mind if I have to replace them in a couple of months, Ill have the extra money by then to buy a higher-quality brand. However, I am having trouble deciding which budget/cheap brand to go with as of now.

The only brands within my budget are Centric, FVP, ACDelco, Dynamic Friction, and the Famous brand(which is either Napa or Carquest). I have to stay within my budget, but I don't want to get something that is going to fall apart while driving down the road. Which of these cheap brands would be the best to go with as of right now?

What brand of ignition coil would you all recommend?

I am doing a lot of repairs on the old cruiser. I need to replace the ignition coil. I don't want to go too cheap, but I am on a set budget of $65 max. Which brand would be best to go with?

Need to put the cruiser on jack stands, where is the best spot?

I have to put the cruiser on 4 jack stands. I am unsure where to place them. If someone could show a photo example that would be much appreciated.

What would be considered the best PSA AR15?

I see this question has been asked a few times. I am going to make my first AR-15 purchase soon. The PSA lineup is within my budget. I have heard great things about PSA AR-15s. So my question is: out of all the rifles in the PSA lineup, if you could only choose one, which one is hands down the best, or rather, has the edge over the others? Best performance, long-lasting, durability, etc…

PS: This applies to the rifle-building kits as well.

Midea Air conditioner giving off weird smell when first turning on.

I have a smaller Midea window air conditioner. We have had it for only about a year and a half. When we packed it up last year for winter, we made sure any moisture was removed. Before hooking it back up last month, I cleaned the thing out as much as possible using a coil cleaner and rubbing alcohol. I got it spotless and made sure there was no trace of dirt or mold. The first few times we ran it, it ran great and smelled fresh.

Now, fast-forward to the last few weeks. Every time we start it, there is a strong vinegar-like smell for the first 10 minutes, then it subsides. We also noticed that the airflow on it has gotten weaker. We checked the filter, and that was not the issue. The only thing I could find was that some tree buds/leaves had fallen into the exterior portion. Thinking this was the issue, I sprayed the outside with AC coil cleaner again and then rinsed it out with the hose. I got it cleaned spotless again, but the issue still occurs. What could be causing this?

I never watched this show growing up, but dang...

I never watched this show growing up, I mean other than catching here in there for a brief moment while channel flipping. Over the last few weeks I have been watching it a little frequently. I have to say, I missed out on a great show!

Just watched the new episode, and damn was that funny. Also,

"Check out this huge sack!"
