I’m sorry if Tarab is the winner, this was 100% favouritism since her father is friends with Rahat. Not that she’s not a phenomenal singer, but she is NOT better than Nabeel! The versatility the dude has, and to mention the fact he learnt all this himself, with youtube and headphones.
Tarab comes from a musical family, but even still I believe Nabeel is more talented and deserving. No hate on Tarab, I like her, but if she really is the winner, the show shouldnt have been completed.

According to some “logical thinkers,” the winner should’ve been someone who could also be the face of Pakistan Idol, but I genuinely don’t understand what kind of “face” they’re talking about. Like do you need to paint the logo on your face or replace your face with some kind of Pakistan Idol flag? (Genuinely curious.)
At this point only Ustad Zayn Ali Khan and Tarannum Madam Romaisa Jahan were the most presentable and pulled millions of views. Hence, only they could’ve justified being the winner.

The rest of the contestants look extremely barbaric and Pakistani like what do you mean a Pakistani becomes the face of Pakistan Idol? WHAT IN THE WORLD 💀

Okay so, on 14th august, Islamabad Club hosted a show in which Tarab Nafees performed. Well at that event they marketed her as Pakistan Idol winner, later they changed it to Pakistan Idol contestant. I confirmed it from my very close friend who is in Islamabad club management as well about this. And he also said that she is the winner of Pakistan Idol. And we changed winner to contestant on her request. So "Tarab Nafees" is the Winner of Pakistan Idol season 2.

What a journey it has been ( obviously ) it wasn’t perfect so many breaks so many preparation problems BUT I WAS HAPPY regardless. The next episode will be the last one plus at this point i don’t even care who wins, i think all of them are good ( except hira she’s exceptional ) but the fact that we don’t even know if there will be another season 😭😭😭
I just hope they RETURN.
I am not ready to say goodbye.

Since finale is already shot I'm shocked how the winner isn't leaked which is a good thing , considering the fact that everything gets leaked here 😭

Didn't bilal said in earlier eps to step out of your comfort zone and show some versatility then how is Hira being constantly praised? She sings good but in a competition like idol you've to prove yourself that you can sing in other genres contestants like samya waqar tarab Nabeel sing in almost every genre maham Aryan are also experimenting but Hira no the same tone and same Punjabi songs , she was given an urdu song and she ruined it completely

Well as we saw that Atif came to the Grand Finale and it is already been recorded. There must be audience in the Grand Finale, So anyone that can tell who became the winner or
maybe they recorded the Finale without audience?

Can we just appreciate how the winner is locked and shoot is done still there is no reveal anywhere on any platform ? i am shocked considering everything gets leaked beforehand in pakistan !! they must have put in so much efforts for this !

Why don’t these guest artists sing live? Why are they jumping around like monkeys and trying so hard to convince everyone that they’re singing live? Why? Guys, just sing live. You’re all well-established, famous singers, so why are you afraid to sing live on a music show?

As far as I remember, Sara Raza Khan sang “Kaahe Byaahi Bides” and Akhtar Chanal sang “Dana Pe Dana” live.

Other than that, no one really did. And they’re creating all this unnecessary hype around Atif as a “sooper icon”, he won’t even sing live as well.

No Shazia Manzoor, Shuja Haider, Asim Azhar, Bilal Saeed, Sanam Marvi, Humaira Channa, Arif Lohar, Natasha Baig or Fakhir sang live either.

First I'm not happy with the fact that a lot of guest judges don't sing live. Recording tau hum YouTube pe bhi sun sakte hain.

From the promos I was expecting this episode to be so moving. Esp after the last episode that was so full of passion & energy.

Today I had braced myself to cry with most songs (as I do every time) but every song felt rushed & too performed without any soul. Imagine my disappointment.

'aye watan pyare watan' is such a special song that even if you hum it, you'll do so with so much feel. But Rohan turned it into just another song.

Hira's performance was better than the rest sure but the overall episode was a big let down.

I'm a Tarab fan but Hira nailed it today, HIRA FREAKIN NAILED IT. We saw a completely different Hira today, a complete different tone. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Ps. This was the first by her that i loved. I didn't even enjoy Jhok Ranjhan BUT TODAY, WOWOWOWOW

I hope the next season they feel some shame and manage everything beforehand.

Also there should be transparency for contestant scores and eliminations.

In every other Idol format, judges give live scores to contestants and the bottom two or three face off in public voting.

Why is it not available still?

Tarab is a great singer and she has had plenty of fan-loved performances but this one, Sohni Dharti, was terribly (re)composed by Shuja. Way too fast tempo, not giving her enough time to express the calmness required in the naghma. All the judges were correct in their criticism. Before the judges said anything, I felt the exact same thing. Not only was the tempo too fast but the vibe of a calm naghma was turned into a pop-like milli naghma. Unnecessary jiddat, disappointing because Shuja is otherwise a great composer and singer and his renditions of songs in Pakistan Idol have been brilliant as well.

I enjoyed it, and I thought everyone did until the judges started talking. Fawad pointed out the mistake but still gave a standing ovation, so I was expecting the others to at least say something nice too. I lowkey thought they wouldn’t criticize anyone, just like last week, when it seemed Bilal wasn’t very happy with Samya’s performance but didn’t say anything. So I assumed it would be the same today since the whole vibe seemed so positive, but clearly not 😭
I felt bad for Tarab as well. Both Nabeel and Tarab seemed genuinely affected by the judges comments.

Guys who do you think are going to be final 3 and who is winning ? I KNOW I AM GONNA GET SO MUCH HATE FOR THIS BUT I DON'T KNOW IF ITS SONG SELECTION OR SOMETHING I ENJOYED PRE PAUSE TARAB MUCH MORE , MAYBE I AM NOT GETTING ALONG WITH THE SONGS SELECTION !! KHAIR MY TOP 3 ARE TARAB , SAMYA , WAQAR !!
