*spoilers for HOTD*

Has any one else noticed how Helaena Targaryen on HOTD is so Elain coded?

Both are soft girls that are described as sweet by their sisters. Elain is described a sweet by Feyre, while Rhaenyra calls “her sweet sister” in the books.

Both are opposed to violence and fighting (although Elain did what needed to be done in ACOWAR, but immediately returned TT without looking back).

Both see visions of the future and most people tend to dismiss their warnings.

Both prefer their hobbies over politics. Helaena loves insects and Elain loves to garden.

Both of them told men in their family that they’re going to die. After Cassian states “it’ll take more than that to kill me,” Elain tell him, “No, it won’t.” Helaena tells Aemond “You will be dead.”

Both were close to their fathers who passed away (unfortunately this was only in the books, not the show).

Both are extremely underestimated by their family.

(And you cannot tell the scene above is not like when Elain said “I would like to build a garden”)
