I could not find if anyone has touched on this before in this sub so I apologize in advance if it has already been posted before.

I have been thinking about Elain’s powers and outside of her being a seer, I am wondering if her gift for gardening will come into play?

Here are my thoughts (and headcannon 😂):

If Nesta took from the cauldron and became Death, what if since the cauldron purred in the presence of Elain gave her the gift of life? I know that’s probably on the nose but in ACOWAR, at the end when honoring papa arcgeron, Feyre mentioned that elain “found flowers—somewhere” which i thought that was an interesting way to frame it. Also, the scene where elain is helping the elderly fae with their gardens, and her face tightens. What if she is discovering the breadth of her ability to grow flowers/plants? Also, Feyre enter Elain’s mind and it was covered in ivy with flowers buds which could maybe mean she hasn’t unleashed her full power yet? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Elain is a character I am most looking forward to learning more about; has been since she was introduced. With that said, I have been thinking and rereading the books and what i am noticing is the lack of ✨tension✨ with either Azriel or Lucien. I think there is a lot more canonical moments between Az and Elain, but i am noticing the lack of tension and the push pull between them. Are there obstacles to them being together? Yeah. But it doesn’t feel high stakes enough. And between Elain and Lucien? It’s more sad than angst.

SJM sticks pretty true to the FMCs first love interest not being the mmc (outside of bryce and hunt)

My question is: wheres the fireworks, guys????

What are some moments between elain and Azriel or lucien that gives off tension?

So, i just finished Bad Bishop and Twisted Pawn and i am looking forward for Fallen Rook. With that said, i am much more intrigued by Luca. Its been awhile since I have read LJ Shen and even longer since I have been sucked into one of her series. I read in a few places some people think Luca will be in a throuple with Sofia and Jeremie?? I have seen suggestions that it is with Katya. I am curious for those who have started this series, what your theories are? I like Sofia; I actually prefer soft FMCs but i am just not feeling it between Luca and Sofia. I cant imagine a MFM with Sofia and Luca.
