I've noticed people say they can hear the (random artist here), influence about quadecas music and it sounds nothing like that artist? Or there's just an artist or sound that I think better represents the influence. Like I was looking through the insta comments on the new quadeca snippet and someone said it sounded like Tyler, the creator. WHERE DOSE IT SOUND LIKE TYLER?! I could see Kanye or even Chance vibes but F'EN TYLER? am I wrong here?

Need to update for life1. If someone makes or suggests something cool I’ll update it.

And these songs are constantly giving me eargasms
I tried looking for more songs by them with the same kinda energy and I can’t find any, could you guys put me on?

So from what I gather, there's a standard interpretation of this line that goes something like this...

"It's easier to experience/be with you than to experience nothing/be alone"

...and while I think this is valid in its own right, I honestly see it equally as the following...

"Nothing in life is easy but every moment with you is easier than easy (nothing = easy)"

He says "maybe I'm not in love" but then later "maybe I'm so in love" which to me reflects the dual meaning of the song's main refrain

Let me know if I y'all think I'm reaching, that's just the vibe I get from the song

I know every time quad rolls out an album there's always a random comparing it to another album in a different artists discography. But hear me out.

When I say this, im not saying that life1 will sound anything like WLR. I do think for quadeca it will be a creative turn though.

Not only do I think this album will shift the standard for quad. I think this will oddly be some of his most divisive sounds. Even if it has a large mainstream appeal. The fake out at the start of Dark Magic was probably the dirtiest thing quad has done and without the fans expectations I felt like I saw quite a few skeptical options on the actual music. At least more than usual. But i think over time it will be his most appreciated work.

uhh hii everyone, recently I came across Quadeca (vanisher) and I really loved it. I am bit late but I think that album has absolutely changed how perceive my life genuinely. I have been going backwards now to his previous work and I really also love his work on scrapyard and idmthy. I did see a post earlier saying that any kind of ranking of his albums was not encouraged here, but I just wanna say I did end coming back more to tracks on scrapyard than his other concept albums (pls don't ban me)

anyways enough with the rambling, the main reason why I am posting this is to get an answer to whether I should I listen to fmty and voice memos. I heard they are not as good as his more recent albums, but at the same time, I really am deprived of some new quad stuff.

...place all the Scrapyard tracks across IDMTHY, Vanisher, and Life1 (based on what we've heard so far), how would you place them?

I feel like it is pretty obvious that quadeca (ben) shed his "skin" (quadeca). ben is levitating quadeca skin. "fresh out the slam" leaving the quadeca person-a behind and leading his life now as a fully fledged out human (ben). he has felt imprisoned by idk living up to a standard he put on himself as he said or his friend rozey or some shit said he is very OCD when it comes to music and very much a perfectionist. i also think he is finally just being himself now around his lover now that quadeca is "gone" he could be there for her now as ben but is also asking her to help him navigate this new "life". The trumpet thing i guess if you really want to be deep about it could symbolize a call to his fans like "hey thank you for being here through everything so heres a reward". I really dont think this is a cult album and you guys are reading into this a little too much. the visual of him levitating his skin could symbolize the pedestal we put quadeca on and at the end we see ben run off with the skin showing he still wants it and might be scared to let go still like we literally see him running away to become a recluse from im assuming his cult like fan base as he always does to cook up music kind of like saying "okay thank you bye see you in a couple months type shit". also its not a ball of anything more than skin because if it had muscle or bones in it it would be heavy as fuck and i feel like ben would abide by the law of physics regardless if he actually has levitational powers or not he would not be able to run away with such speed with a dense ball of mass.

TLDR;

quadeca shed his skin and now hes just ben.
