I was at the Sydney concert and was very confused about the mirrors as I came expecting the Vanisher tour with its theming.

As more life 1 related stuff started to emerge and the profile picture changed to an old drawing when quad was a kid I started to piece together stuff

If my memory is correct there were 3 mirrors appearing on stage behind him. Each mirror may resemble a character from his albums before, the character from from me to you (havent been an avid listener of the album I’ll say), the darker points of his life expressed through the character portrayed in Idthy and the sailor and his journey from Vanisher (my memory is betraying me on the themes of the album, I’ll edit it when I remember)
Each album reflected by the mirrors reflects a skewed version of his irl character represented by its distortion of him, we as his fans are seeing certain parts of him through his journey as an artist
But in front of the distorted mirrors stands Ben Lasky himself

This and the use of the child drawing leads me to believe life 1 is a very personal album, an exploration of himself not behind a character.

I’m writing this at 1 in the morning and still trying to piece together this idea, I greatly encourage discussion on the topic

24!!!!!!!!!!

When he talked about it in the qna relating to his hair looking like dr venture I started watching it cause I got curious and it’s soooo good
I’m on season 3 rn
Thank you James

I mean the twist in hot fuzz about the manic perfectionist cult that murders so many people

And the worlds end where the aliens are killing people and making them robots which happens to 2 of the main characters

Idk man….
Seems pretty horror to me

Bought the thing for $500 off my nan, lucky me 🫩

And I'm not talking about replacing a word with a lesser word. Grammarly is recommending Chinese phrases to me to place in between words, often cutting out the end of another word, Anyone know any fixers for this?

A new jet set radio with a soundtrack featuring multiple songs by fatboy slim

Would the jsr and jsrf soundtrack be considered plunder-phonics genre the same way that since I left you by the avalanches is due to the songs being mostly samples?

I really want to go dressed as Jay Kay for this party, but with what he wears during the Little L music video (specifically during the 0:57-1:04 time mark). Does anyone have any ideas on where i could get the clothes and the headpiece from?
