Book merchant on lower realm

So who was this guy? The one that sold various book on beast cultivation method.

Detail: The book merchant gave SEH various free book, centipede cultivation was among them.

Physical appearance was describe by author in detailed (for a mere character that appears for 2 paragraphs?)

His simple gesture and conversation detailed. Author could've just said "SEH got this a, b, c book from a merchant"

This merchant was nowhere to be found when SEH revisit his store
