I have a deaf friend who lives in placer county and would like to sell his property. The last time he sold a property, the realtor really screwed him over (like, real estate fraud) and he, understandably, doesn’t want to work with a realtor this time.

Ahhhh! Why does my air smell like vinegar when it’s hot and my ac is on?? This is my second Sportage that has done this! Dealership is zero help. Happens when it’s hot and use ac. Doesn’t happen when it’s semi warm and use ac. I have had 23 Sportage ex and now the 24 Sportage phev xline.
I’ve also looked this up and asked around, no solid answers.
My endocrinologist fucked up my prescription and i didn’t get to pick up my insulin today. Every pharmacy in the area is closed or out till tomorrow at noon. I have 28 units left in my pump. Does anyone have some insulin to help me out? This is my complete last resort and I’m sorry for having to ask.
I'm not sure if this is appropriate, but I am looking for a home to rent. 3 dogs (one is an ESA), 2 adults potentially 3 adults, won't know about the 3rd adult until the end of this week. Ideally looking for a place that is cheaper than where we are at. I would be looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath home or larger, that is no more than $2700 (with pet rent).
I'd be looking to move out of my new place sometime mid June maybe July, depending whether we find a place or not.

Based in orangevale & looking for a pest service that will get rid of fleas. Our place is roughly 1650 sq feet and almost every single room is infested. It’s been a week since we discovered the problem, and since then we’ve been using diatomaceous powder pretty much everywhere, vacuuming & spraying daily, and washing & drying everything on high heat. We also have flea traps set up in every room.
Additionally, if anyone has product recommendations or advice that would be much appreciated.

A guy followed us around Sam's club, and it seemed like he was pretending to shop there and did not have a cart. After we noticed him and were paying attention to what he was doing, he left abruptly. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but it definitely made us uncomfortable. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am not sure if I am allowed to post his picture here.

There’s a man who has been going to different public locations and recording people — including families, employees, and random bystanders — for his YouTube channel. He tends to approach people while filming and tries to provoke reactions for content.
This post is not about identifying him, naming him, or accusing him of anything. I just want the community to be aware so no one is caught off guard if they run into him.
If you see someone filming you unexpectedly in public:
• Stay calm and avoid engaging
• Keep distance if possible
• Notify staff/security if you’re at a business
• Record your own interaction if you feel uncomfortable
• Trust your instincts and walk away
Again, this is simply a heads‑up for the community. No personal info, no speculation, no accusations — just awareness.
