What energy gels do you actually use on long runs? (+ quick 5-min survey)

A friend of mine is doing market research on sports nutrition in India — specifically around energy gels, what people actually use during training/races, and whether there's a real demand for a cleaner, honey-based alternative.

No brand pitching, no spam — just genuinely trying to understand what's out there and what's missing for Indian athletes.

300 kilometres in this terrible month

My past few months have been around 270s, this was the first one where I hit 300 but the past week was terrible because of the humidity. Managed to push out a HM during this time too. Hoping to keep up this consistency!
