Creamy Chicken White Sauce and Sour Dough Bread

Made this creamy garlic cheesy white sauce today to accompany my airfried chicken breast. Came out very well.

No lime soda today unfortunately, ran out of soda.

How do you guys manage your meal budget while trying to hit your protein intake

I’m living in a boarding place, and honestly I’m struggling to maintain a proper diet. Sometimes the meals are mostly heavy on fats/curries, and sometimes there are barely any good protein sources.
I’m trying to stay consistent with fitness, but managing affordable meals and enough protein is becoming difficult.
Would love to hear ideas from people who are actually into fitness and have dealt with this situation. Please share what worked for you 🫡

Chicken & Egg Drop Soup

Didn’t feel like eating heavy today so I decided to make a quick Chicken Egg Drop Soup.

Has about 200g of chicken breast cut and mixed into it.
