I constantly have low pressure but I feel completely fine

Is this even considered as low pressure? I've seen my readings go a lot lower than that sometimes too, if I've been laying in bed all day. I'm 34F, 60kg, 156cm and I try to workout 5/7 days a week.

Not a fitness meal but I successfully convinced an online friend of mine to try the ultimate Sri Lankan sweetener! And he actual uses it often haha!

We need to go back to using kithul treacle instead of cane sugar. Straight up liquid gold! idk why we had to fall out of that habit over the years. 😔

Why am I seeing a sudden influx of indians commenting weirdest normie creepy shit under posts in this sub?

ar\sr¡lanka is grossly infested, hence the reason a new sub was formed I thought? It's giving dejavu in the worst way possible.

How do I ask the barber to not remove so much volume from my hair at the ends?

I always ask for "just a trim" but end up getting a lot of layers. I like it when it's freshly styled but after a few weeks, it gets frizzy and unmanageable. I literally only want all of my hair to be the same length. 😥

Is this a case of my fitness band malfunctioning? I can't believe how it causally rated my 2-hour long treadmill sesh "insufficient" 🤧

Today's the second time I have noticed this now. I bought the fitness band in April only.
