5 AM - 6 AM workout.
I burn less than 250 kcal (active) during an upper body session cause I have no strength in my arms and torso lol.
I burn approximately 300 kcal active calories during a lower body session. 5 AM - 6 AM. I'm a woman.
I wish I were joking but since today's full moon is disturbingly bright - does anyone else ever feel extremely depressed and/ or anxious - and maybe even physically fatigued during the full moon?
It's been a couple of years since I've started to notice this pattern, (Google be saying that there's no correlation). But I swear the big scary moon kinda makes me feel like garbage.
I used to love the moon when I was a kid. This breaks my heart a little bit.

I hate protein but I'd like tips to increase protein intake. I particularly hate eggs now. 🤢
