Meal post lower body + cardio sesh

  1. White kekulu rice

  2. Boiled chickpeas

  3. Scraped coconut

  4. Eggplant curry

  5. Onion sambal

  6. One medium hard boiled egg

  7. Greek yogurt + 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

  8. Guava

  9. Strawbes

  10. Random coffee (no sugar obv ofc) for emotional support before werk

(This meal was the heaviest of the day)

Post upper body sesh breakfast

  1. One huge ass guava

  2. Two XL hard boiled eggs

  3. Greek yogurt + two teaspoons of chia seeds

  4. Dates

  5. Strawbs

5 AM - 6 AM workout.

I burn less than 250 kcal (active) during an upper body session cause I have no strength in my arms and torso lol.

Full moon and ummm... Anxiety 😥

I wish I were joking but since today's full moon is disturbingly bright - does anyone else ever feel extremely depressed and/ or anxious - and maybe even physically fatigued during the full moon?

It's been a couple of years since I've started to notice this pattern, (Google be saying that there's no correlation). But I swear the big scary moon kinda makes me feel like garbage.

I used to love the moon when I was a kid. This breaks my heart a little bit.

Or I'm secretly a wolf or something.
