I know some of you have dealt with Sarah types; we've talked about it in this venue.

So have I. I'm now (very temporarily, I hope) dealing with a new one. None of the alcohol consumption and (so far) none of the murder, but plenty of the insane toxicity and insoluble confrontation. Close proximity, hard to avoid.

I'm hoping for a simple piece of advice. When I'm faced with such a person, I have a very unfortunate tendency to talk to them in my head. Try to reason with them, attempt to drive a point home, whatever... I do this during any otherwise mentally vacant time. It keeps me up at night. It drives me to distraction when I try to work or chill. It never does any good (just gets me more riled up), and yet I'm compelled to do it.

If you've dealt with a Sarah, and you've encountered the same conversation-in-your-head problem, have you developed any strategies for shutting down the useless, circular internal dialogue?

I've learned that time does some work. Over months and years, the internal noise will abate. But meanwhile, any tips? Sarah-in-head hacks?

We've discussed Sarah's wheelhouse of words in every way, shape and form, but what about the phrases where she deliberately tries to sound well-read and impressive but falls flat on her face?

Since Peter left, is anyone else in contact with her?

This may not be a new observation but thought I’d mention. When he was found dead inside that suitcase was a vial of Valium prescribed to him. Valium is prescribed to those who are coming off alcohol as sudden alcohol withdrawal can be very dangerous. Of course spending time with Sarah would thwarted his attempt at sobriety Valium or not, which is why he had alcohol in his blood after death on that night

At the time he died he was on probation. A condition of his probation may have been that he seek help for alcohol use disorder. He was regularly attending probation. You may recall Sarah mentioning the probation officer in the interrogation and how his probation officer just loved her. Sarah said the probation officer had called her, I think Sarah actually called the probation officer - information seeking for the sake of control. In the interrogation she said that because of this “he changed!” and she acted happy about this. But I don’t think she was happy, she was resentful.

There is a video of Sarah - I think the 2nd of February - waking up Jorge accusing him of taking her keys. He said “I don’t know where your freakin keys are” and she said with contempt “so you’re not even going to curse now?” A few weeks after this he would be dead.

AA is often affiliated with Christian charities and if he was attending maybe he really was changing and embracing faith. Sarah had isolated him but now he was part of a community. I believe Jorge had mentioned Jesus in some text messages. I think his mother is a Christian I’m not sure how I know that. But he may have been embracing the faith he was brought up with..

Sobriety and community may have given Jorge the clarity to see that he needed to leave this relationship. When he started packing the suitcase to leave she brought out the baseball bat and suffocated him in his own suitcase.

If Jorge was changing this was intolerable for Sarah, as it reveals her own shortcomings and failures. If Jorge was getting better, she hated it and that’s what drove the violence she inflicted on him.

I’m speculating based on some of the things I’ve mentioned in this post. I’m rewatching the entire trial at the moment.

It seems to me that once SB refused the plea deal, it was a slam dunk for the prosecution. They could have offered more evidence of her abusive behavior, drunkenness, and constant confabulation and flat out lies. I wonder if they had more witnesses waiting in the wings than they used. It seemed like a clown show after a while. I’m glad Judge K was stern yet fair. Me and juror three agree……GUILTY forever and a day 🎶

I haven't seen mention of this, so forgive me if it's been talked about previously. What does everyone think happened to that third bottle of wine? There were receipts for three - two from that day and one from the day before. Sarah claims that they had part of one left over from the day before. Where did it go and why is one missing? There was no mention of a broken bottle in the trash. Did she hit Jorge with a bottle at first and then throw that one in the pond? What happened to it and why? What are your most serious and/or most ludicrous theories?

It has been 22 days since Sarah's Notice of Pending Matter to Family Court posted on the docket and 12 days since her letter to the Appellate Court posted on the docket.

How long until Sarah files something else? Knowing Sarah's past actions and pattern of behavior, she has to be seething. She hates being ignored. She is a volcano (like she accused Jorge of being...projection). Who will experience her wrath when she 🌋?

The only one visiting Sarah tha Boone Paulsen these days is KARMA .This is JMOO ,just my own opinion, According to TTC:s video she hasn't set up the correct account to receive Brian Boone's alimony money.Ontop of not getting any in-person visitations I'd say it's pay back time for being the witch that she is .Hope you all enjoy the video .

Im not sure what SB's appointment of FM Prime (aka Australia aka Nicole) in her last letter means for the flying monkey thread but I will continue the rule that if you want to discuss any of SB's orbiters as people (opinion/theory based), then please put those comments here. If there is an update on the appeal in general (fact-based) that tangentially features someone that can go to the main subreddit.

This is mostly to not attract them to our subreddit to read about themselves and argue with everyone in the comments section of every post. Its containment.

I am very much looking forward to this new saga of Uncle Al with our Sarah Boone. Will it result in a new lawyer? More motions for the appellate court? Will this man lose all his money? Can we expect a "tell all" book at the end? Either way, I'm nearly 100% confident this association will end in a disaster of biblical proportions (Sarah's version anyway) - as we've seen with every other person who comes into contact with with this toxic, chaotic woman.

Can I get anyone some popcorn?

In the past few weeks I have seen a number of questionable people supporting Boone. They seem to want to give her some consideration or allowance for her actions.

If that is you then you are in the wrong place. No one here supports her

Boone committed a violent crime. She is in prison for life. Anyone in contact with her can be publicly named because under Florida law the public is entitled to information about a prisoner.

If you don't want your name and details to be made public then don't contact a convicted murderer.

No YouTubers have doxxed you murderer supporters. Your name and details are now public because you contacted a murderer.
