Got the news that our septic tank needs replacing and wondering what people have paid recently. Looking at a 1200 gallon tank.

Paid Parking,when does it start,the web says monday,on TV news they said Tomorrow?I'll be there Sunday about 5pm and I don't want a parking ticket.

it feels like they have been working on this intersection for a month or longer. I have seen them work on every corner multiple times. They repave the sidewalk and a week later they are chiseling it back up. does anyone know what they are working on?

I first thought they were replacing the traffic lights but now I have no idea.

I’m moving to the area and looking for a good mechanic in the area. Looking for an honest mechanic, best pricing, no overselling, good quality work, and preferably family owned. I’m coming from a family owned mechanic that calls me by name and sometimes won’t even charge me for small stuff. Been going to them for 20 years, and looking for something similar. Any help is appreciated

Is there anyone who can give me a lesson or two to prepare for the nys road test, like ASAP?

I was planning to move up to Saratoga after my visit because I liked how everything was on broad Street and it had a 90s cozy town feel. After looking for a place for the past three months there doesn’t seem to be anything under two grand that includes anything. I like the walkability, how beautiful it looks and general compared to syracuse (originally from the south). I have heard dating can be rough but that’s okay I spend my time in the gym, hiking or with my cat but in my mid 30s now and want a happier feel..nothing against syracuse it’s just not the place it was 20 years ago when I visit.

Not interested in online dating. I do all the “meet people at hobbies/interests” events. But where do people go if they want to meet a random single with fate’s help? Where do hopeless romantics these days?

I grew up riding horses, had to put the hobby to the side for grad school, and I'm finally in a place to start up with horses again. Looking for a barn with some semblance of a lesson program but that may allow me to lease/show once I'm less rusty. Not looking for anything crazy, but looking for a few recommendations in about a 30 min radius of Saratoga. Grew up showing mostly locally rated shows, coursing in the 3' range and looking to get back into it.

Will be in town during the champions league final, was wondering if there’s any place that would be recommended to go for the match?

Mikey is a hardworking 5th grader from Upstate New York (Saratoga County) currently competing in the nationwide America’s Favorite Student competition. Out of thousands of students who entered, he has made it down to only 128 students remaining nationwide — and as far as we can tell, he’s now the only contestant from New York State still left in the competition.

He’s in the QUEST program for gifted learners, takes advanced math, scored in the top 1% on his CogAT testing, participated in the NYS First in Math competition, and recently played the lead role in his school play. He dreams of one day attending an Ivy League university, and this competition could really help him get there.

Voting is free once every 24 hours, and there are also optional paid votes. Paid votes are tax-deductible donations that go directly to The Planetary Society, which supports science and space education programs.

We’ve been trying so hard to spread the word ourselves because we haven’t had much luck getting local media attention, so every share, vote, and kind comment truly means a lot to us.

Does anyone know of someone or some place that could accommodate 5 people for a ride back and forth to the Belmont Stakes on June 6th? My friends and I will be staying at our cottage in Schroon Lake for the weekend but trying to find safe and sober transportation back and forth to the Belmont. We’ve been quoted at over a $1,500 for rides! Looking for something cheaper than that and nothing fancy.

I’m looking for a private chef to hire for a summer birthday party. It’ll be just my immediate family celebrating a 70th birthday and we thought a private chef could be special.

Anyone have any recommendations?
