I am going through some medical issues and recently find my Tempur Pedic mattress makes me feel too hot. I’m sweating in the middle of the night. I love my mattress and haven’t had the problem before. Maybe it’s the change of seasons or my hormones. Regardless - can you recommend any “cooling” topper for me please? (king size mattress and I use high quality 100% cotton sheets)

I’m looking for paint suggestions to improve my 2 large faux boxwood globes. They are a few seasons old and, although they are UV resistant, are out all year long and have discolored a bit - to where they’re looking a bit “plasticky” (I did spray them initially with a clear coat coat protectant)
