Sifu & The Raid

I’ve been playing Sifu since it came out and just watched the raid movies for the first time recently, and is the squats pretty much inspired by the raid? Some of the rooms look similar, and fajar looks very similar to Mad Dog. Fajar also has that back kick and head grab into knee that Mad Dog does in the first movie to put down Jaka and a couple times in the final fight.

Dennis Opel Has One of the Most Beat 'Em Up-Style Combat Systems I've Seen

Compared to the final system, it feels like it could have offered a more intense and engaging fighting experience

For context, Dennis Opel is a former Rockstar developer who worked on Bully

Question on Game Etiquette

I’ve played a bit and am enjoying it. I’ve beaten the
Squats and am now 34 but my Nightclub run I found myself killing a few more enemies on a dead run to permanently unlock a skill before I died.

I was wondering if this is sort of cheesy as I was playing for XP more than the game.

Made it to level 4 at 37.

Haven't beaten level 4 yet. I almost have all the skills unlocked. I've gotten parrying down really good but sometimes there's just way too many enemies

Anyway to play this game offline

So i have the game on epic, and its absolutely unplayeable offline, after a while during gameplay a notification will pop up and I would not be able to continue after that. Theres also this issue where i cant play it using a controller and since im on epic if i try to launch the game on steam it wont let me. Also I cant add the epic launcher to steam because i play on linux. Even resorted to just playing the pirated version but the pirated is unstable and would randomly crash.

AFTER 30 HOURS, IVE FINISHED THE GAME

This game was genuinely one of the best games I've ever played. There were times I wanted to quit but kept going and I'm glad I didn't stop. Do you guys have any recommendations for games that are like sifu??

(Also I am NOT doing all the arenas)
