Got End of of Days in Act 1 and noticed that I sometimes inflict double the Doom amount. I realized it is from the Unsettling Lamp. Lo and behold, got the Imbued on Act 2. Easiest Act 2 hallway fights. Hope I win.

Can somebody teach me what's under the hood?

I am no expert. But I have beaten ascendancy ten witg three of the characters. (I am at nine on the last two.)

Can somebody tell me the rules of hallways fight? Easy enemy, hard enemy pool. And how card rewards are calculated? Are they accumelative? Are there an event calculator? Is there anything I need to know about what is happening under the hood in the rules?

Lightning Rod Stacking

I am playing a run and noticed that when playing more than. 1 Lightning Rod in a turn doesn’t stack number of lightnings per turn, instead it stacks by turns.

Seems counter intuitive because it says “At the start of the next two turns, channel 1 lightning.”

To me that means if I play two of these card they still only reference the next 2 turns. Not the next 2 turns in the future. So anyway, is this a bug or oversight?

Entomancer is basically impossible with a shiv deck

Has anyone had any good luck defeating the entomancer with the silent while having a shiv heavy deck? Shivs are so fun and when the game gives me the opportunity to make a shiv deck, I'm so happy. But the minute I face the entomancer my run is done. I will lose. The amount of shivs I play ends up adding dozens and dozens of dazed cards to my deck and with the incredibly high attacks the entomancer does, the silent is destined to die. You will get several hands in a row with nothing but dazed cards and a high attack. Has anyone had any luck with this elite with a shiv deck? What the heck do I do?

My thoughts on a demon form change

I have made demon form work in sts1 and sts2. I've seen a lot of discussion on how to update demon form for sts2: don't. It is perfectly fine as is. It is better in 2 than it was in 1. Do you think you can afford to put that power into play for 3 mana against book of stabbing??? Obviously not. But I can EASILY play that against the angry triangle. Enemies, bosses included, just dont scale as fast and they dont hit you as hard early. Demon form gained a lot from a slower enemy set in this game.

Strikes are bad, they said

Just got really synergetic relics that lead to many replay cards due to the glam antique.

My Strikes did (9 base damage + 3 (dummy strike) + 9 (enchantment relic) + 5 (canon relic)) * 1.75 (Power card leading to first attack being stronger) * 2 (replay)
