Can somebody teach me what's under the hood?

I am no expert. But I have beaten ascendancy ten witg three of the characters. (I am at nine on the last two.)

Can somebody tell me the rules of hallways fight? Easy enemy, hard enemy pool. And how card rewards are calculated? Are they accumelative? Are there an event calculator? Is there anything I need to know about what is happening under the hood in the rules?

Possoble to kitbash a saturnine into a telemon?

I bought a cheap telemon on etsy. But the model turned out was really ugly. How ever the weapons where OK.

Would it be possible to kitbash a saturnine dreadnought into a telemon? If the awnser is no I can just bite the bullit and buy a telemon. But the sarurnine is 33% cheaper. They look very similar.
