A few years ago, I posted a picture of my aurox conversion and people seemed to like it. It's taken a long time, but I finally finished all the tanks for my 2nd edition auxilia arm including 3 of them. Featuring converted...everything! I have more vanquisher and plasma turrets, but I think the idea is made here.
Just finally organising and expanding my old army into 3ed so looking for some list feedback, especially obvious things or mistakes I've missed! I like big guns and I cannot lie, so this is meant to be an artillery company. My solution to everything is 11x S10 5" Templates!
The Veletaris detachment actually go in the Arvus Lighters. The Dracosans are for the Lasrifle section. The Aurox for the Legatine command.
At the moment I'm at full 3000 but I could always drop something if I need to get more upgrades. I'm aware that VERY few things have upgrades here!!

Hiya, just starting to build my first armies and had a few questions.
- Is the general rule to always give Lasrifle sections vox and vexilla? Most lists I see have these on every squad?
- Also, most lists have the sergeant with a fancy pistol, sabre or power sword? Is that really worth it? Seems like a waste of points given how squishy they are, do people really find use in the pistols?
- What are people using their Legatine Command Sections for? Struggling to see the benefit of them other than giving me an Apex Detachment. Seems like they MIGHT be able to be counterattack melee unit, but then they're still not going to do much against most Astartes melee units?
