Who has fhe huntsman or giant huntsman?
I think my next grill will be a Komado and am in between a Weber summit or a huntsman
I’ve wanted a Weber for a long time but this huntsman is really cool looking but it’s not a Komado its a hybrid
Who has one? Can it do Rotessire?

Just purchased a 22” Huntsman and assembled it today. First impressions are that it’s very well built! I have NEVER used a charcoal grill before so this is all new to me. I can’t wait to learn, however if I’m honest it’s a bit intimidating.
I will do the seasoning burn in this week but then I need to figure out the first cook. I’m thinking about easing in with something super simple like burgers, just to learn a bit and then maybe step it up from there. Anyone have any real beginner tips and recipes to help me get some experience?
Did 11 pounds. Long smoke session x2 to get them all done. Used post oak and some cherry.
Really been looking into the huntsman. Not Sure if i was the Regular or the Giant. I don’t cook for many people often and when I do I would say it’s around 10 people give or take.
Just looking on advice from first hand users what they use and how many people they cook for.
Don’t want to buy the Giant Huntsman and have to use all that charcoal when I cook for just myself and my wife.
Does the Regular still have good ample cooking space? Can I cook a brisket on it?
