Is lamb any good?

The prices always look good but I have never cooked lamb in my life it always gives me a little bit of an off vibe when I see the color in the coolers at the stores but the price is tempting
How do you smoke or grill it? Do you treat it like beef or pork?

Series x keeps trying to install duplicate copies of fallout4

Hello Xbox gang! I have 2 HDDs connected to my series x which used to live on my Xbox one, I have fallout 4 and all it’s dlc and forsome reason even though it is cold stored on my hard drive my series x keeps trying to install a duplicate copy on my internal hard drive

I also show like 45 items that want to update

Not too sure what’s going on, how do I stop the Xbox from downloading duplicates? I feel like some of those 45 items are also duplicates

First round with the chef temp and breezo!

Did some salmon and chicken on the 18 incher today I had the fan set to 305 and it stayed there the entire cook I did this peice of salmon and just before that had it loaded with chicken, drip pan in (not covered yes I know ) and I started the charcoal in the pit with a blaza ball
A fan control unit in this thing is a total game changer !

Does BJ’s offer primal cuts in the beef section?

I’m talking like briskets , picanhas, trip tips etc
I feel like I’ve never seen those on the shelves in my local BJ’s I only tend to see that at Costco or Sam’s?

Trying to take temp gauge off a 2011 WSM, seems stuck

Hi guys I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on a chef temp S1, except the OG temp gauge on my dome seems to be stuck idk if it’s rust or just years of grime but I can’t seem to get it loose and I don’t want to risk snapping or breaking it
Any suggestions on how to safely remove it? I want to be able to put t back on in the future

I’m pretty new to commercial side and have been getting referrals coming in more regularly recently and my question is how does workers comp work is that required no matter what or is it situational? I def understand a business with multiple employees but what if it is a one man show or a side hustle?
Say for example someone with a full time job who has a side business for power-washing and pays himself on a 1099?

Would someone who owns the LLC know for a fact if they really do need it or not along with GL/ a BOP?

Did some meal prepping for the week, skirt steaks and chicken thighs I marinated them both with mini oranges due to being out of limes, 2nd time I’ve done that and it’s actually turned out very well I think next time I’d use the lower grate to be closer to the fire but final result was still great. My kettles and treager have been getting a lot of love recently so it was the WSM turn 😂
