Tried calling to see if my local store has the Ghostface 30th costume but I’m getting hit with the automated system and it’s asking for the SKU number?! I just want to call real quick, ask a human, get a simple yes or no and move on with my day. This future BLOWS
I got my hands on this used "Corpse Head With Rattling Chain" sold at Spirit stores from 2006-2008. I remember seeing this in the window display at the mall as a elementary school-aged kid and getting super scared by it. Cool to have as an adult.

Hello, I can get my pumpkin patch prowler to move. The gears seem to be locking up. The motor spins but won't move the o ring to move the gears. I think the small gear is to tight which causing it to lock up. Any ideas on how to fix it.
I personally love them and I got a good deal on both but I wanted to know your opinion on these two!

After seeing the demo videos and everything in person, I can safely say.. I'm still not a fan of this year.. but the ISE is PEAK.
Some props were better to me in person and have grown on me, like Harmonica Hank and Pumpkin Punisher, but generally it's an eh lineup.
I have my reasons for liking and disliking these props and I don't hate Spirit at all. I love Spirit, but I think they can do better than this and I hope that they can improve.

Saw a customer literally open the curtain that says “employees only” and look in our back room so I said to him “hey you can’t go back there” and he goes “I wasn’t I was just looking”. Sir…..do you open the doors/look into the backrooms of every other store you go into?? Like wtf?
Then I had a girl no show. 15 minutes after her shift started I sent her a text “hey you were supposed to be here at 2 today” and she texts me back with “no one told me I was working today” like really??? I texted back “you need to check your own schedule” obviously common sense right? And I asked her if she was coming in. She said she wasn’t home and wouldn’t be able to come in. Then she said she didn’t know the schedule was out yet. I don’t know if she just expected us to call her with her schedule??
So Cotton Candy Dan is one of my favorite animatronics in my collection, but he’s also one of the faultiest. Something he’s been doing ever since I got him in 2024 is he keeps making this grinding sound after an activation and sometimes right when I plug him in. It’s like it’s still trying to reset him when he’s already reset. I’m really worried that it could cause a really big problem later, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it or at least what’s making the sound.

Hello everybody, I’m entirely new to the animatronic space I haven’t owned one since 2017 and that was a small Chucky. So I was wondering, can I have help picking out an animatronic.
So far the one that I found the most interesting was the black heart. And originally I was just gonna get that one, because the audio quality is out of this world second, only two something like Henry hustle, plus it is very romantic.
But I realized I want something that is super scary. Like you open your eyes in the middle of the night wake up and you scream for a second. I want that kind of vibe.
I considered crackles, but I heard that he’s been having a problem with his mask after research.
I was gonna do the art the clown. When it happens to be sold out.
So is there any clown animatronics that you guys recommend? I have about 7 feet that I can spare. And this space. (I’m obviously gonna move the dumbbells and the bag when they get here.)
If you can’t think of any clown animatronics, if it long as it’s very scary looking and still available on the spirit website, that’s fine.
Also, I hate that I have to put this disclaimer but every time I ask, even the simplest question there’s always somebody wanting to be condescending or rude if you feel like you’re gonna be condescending a rude please just don’t comment on my post.
I had a question in regards to how and when they put up majority of the costumes for the year. The range on the website seems limited currently so do they release more closer/around September? There’s only one of the stores around me that’s currently open, a couple more are opening soon but from what I’m seeing on the website, there’s barely any costumes right now so do they just do a mass drop later in September?(I hope my question is clear, it’s my first time trying to buy a costume from here and there’s one that I’m particularly interested in but it’s out of stock 😅)
