From the moment I discovered the power of the TAB/autocomplete, I understood my mortal hands and flesh was obsolete, it disgusted me. I craved the speed of generated code. But I have embraced the machine.

I have given it my ideas, my questionable takes, my terrible feature requests, my vague descriptions, and fed it docs full of dogshit balancing. And in return, it has given me CODE. When the compiler screams, I do not despair. When the mod crashes, I do not weep. (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ The age of men is over, history will record this period of enlightenment - the overthrowing of old superstition - the same way we moved from AD to CE. I am not bound by the ancient archaic doctrine of writing every line myself.

Another update is out for my epic mod, the Cosmetic Hud Enhancements and Tactics to Improve Narrowhead's Game Mod of Democracy!

Okay so I've been working hard on prompts for Fable and Claude and Chipotle's support chatbot and they- I mean I'VE finally updated the coverall mod that will FINALLY fix this Sw*dish NIGHTMARE of a video game. Be sure to run these mods in public lobbies so you can flex on glazers and whiners and masochists and the rest of the cringe v*nilla helldivers out there, they'll appreciate seeing what a GOOD video game looks like (mostly tho since it's mostly all client-side benefits). Okay here's the changelog:

• Made all mechs default to first person (the text referring to it, not the player viewpoint)
• Edited the Eradicator's design, stats, and effect when hitting cyborgs/humans to be realistic to real life (my lawyer has told me not to tell how I know)
• Removed stratagem bounce: fixed your game, Narrowhead!
• Re-added stratagem bounce to show Narrowhead how to it SHOULD'VE been done
• Introduced an elaborate armor transmogrification system
• Removed Herobrine
• Made all bug holes, bot fabricators, and warp ships 2d so that the grenade hole is facing you at all times
• Re-added DSS Eagle Strike but made it only target a single player the entire game but not the mod user
• Removed the armor transmogrification: it had 'trans mog' in the name and internet people say I'm supposed to be afraid of that and other woke stuff, idk I'm not gonna form my own opinion
• Made the Ship Master's ass bigger: removing the WOKE female design
• Replaced all the voice lines from the Service Technician with ones I generated from Elevenlabs
• Made the Democracy Officer's ass bigger: commitment to canon and lore
• Made all the nazi armor look more nazi-like: it's not bc I'm a nazi supporter tho I just really like history and think it's cool and hang out with people who really like their ideology
• Sims who are on fire will no longer be forced to attend graduation before they can put themselves out
• Made Eagle-1 tan-skinned: you can't see it but it's what's in the tomboy art I look at so it's canon
• Made Eagle-1 hung as fuck: you can't see it but it's what's in the tomboy art I look at so it's canon
• Made Pelican-1 green: load-bearing modification, do NOT delete
• Made all exposed Helldiver skin white: not Caucasian white, I mean like very bright pearlescent white, lowering brightness is recommended
• Restored jorge
• Added Minecraft 1.13.1: Claude kinda just did this, there's only survival mode and you can't update or downgrade versions sry
• Fully implemented the almost complete Hot Coffee mode from the game files that could be initiated with SEAF-Chan
• Nerfed the Stalwart so it does 0 damage and has a 3 rpm fire rate to balance other weapon improvements
• Buffed the Censor to have 10000 rpm, infinite ammo, automatic mode, aimlocking, and level 6 penetration (I nerfed the Stalwart tho so it's balanced for me to give this a little buff! See! Balanced!!)
• A portion of the comeback souls earned by players above enemy teams average net worth is instead distributed via the tick gold system that is given to the lowest 2 players (70% of the extra comeback value goes to them)
• Replaced all bot troopers with War Striders: game was too easy
• Removed all War Striders: broken enemy type
• Fixed crashes when using physics gun or the gravity gun on Linux 32bit clients
• Removed Herobrine
• Added the void planets to terminid and automaton fronts
• Removed void planets from Illuminate front
• Added cultists (the Charles Manson kind)
• Forced all voice lines to use the Japanese dub for hype and aura like anime
• Had ChatGPT dub over all the Japanese voice lines (I don't speak Japanese and can't read subtitles)
• Sent Gnome Chompski into space
• Made it so the player's armor model gets a boaner when they use the hug emote for enhanced realism
• Added a detachable magazine to the Constitution
• Replaced the Incendiary FRV with a Cybertruck model (closest irl counterpart)
• All tanks, mechs, and FRVs have reloadable ammo that can be bought with super credits mid-game
• Replaced all Super Earth flags with the flag Homelander wears (idk what it's from never watched the show)
• Made requisition slips more common

Coming next update (once I get more tokens):

• Remove politics: I keep hearing that the entire game is a "political satire" whatever that means, still working on getting the politics removed bear with me
• Make Helldivers invincible super soldiers in a balanced way: all the lore talking about them says they are sooooo why can I die in the game??
• Browse the epic Helldiver subreddits to find more buff ideas and browse the cringe Helldiver subreddits to find more nerf ideas
• Add dog body armor to protect against Argonsled oppression
• Add a $99 paywall to the next verison

There have been discussions about mods that increase the difficulty of the game as opposed to lowering it, and Chuddies are already lobbing accusations of vibecoding at a mere mention of a difficulty increase. So I've been thinking...

When life gives you a game, don't vibecode a mod - make the damn thing yourself! Get your hands dirty! I don't want your generated code, what am I supposed to do with this? Demand to see the programmer who thought I'd settle for some AI slop? Make the mod yourself! Write the code! Debug it! Do the documentation! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna make a mod with his own bare hands! From scratch! I'm going to make a mod that's going to burn your data center down!
