So, I recently made a cover of a song I like (using synthv teto), and I had a few questions about copyright related stuff. the cover uses new vocals (obviously), but includes the original instrumental (i just grabbed a karaoke version off youtube), I'm assuming I obviously couldnt monetize it (which i didnt plan on) but could I even release it at all on youtube in its current state? and if I did, is that something thats frowned upon? I notice most covers have their own original instrumental, which im not opposed to making for myself, but I really like the original instrumental. Is there a "right" way to go about it? what are my options? thank you. (I live in the US if that matters)

I have Synthv2 Pro and some other VBs,
and since I’m getting a new computer, I want to transfer the license to it. How do I deactivate it on my current device? Or, instead of deactivating it, will it work fine on the new computer if I just log out or uninstall the program? (edit : i just checked out sv2doc it told me just log out! ty for seeing this post)

Guys, there's a spiritual successor to Utau crowdfunding on Indiegogo...! It ends in like... 38 hours, and hasn't reached its goal number. I always try to support new vocal Synths, and I'd say it's worth a look and a share at least, even if you don't want to drop any money on it right now. Got a question, is it worth it spending 66 $ on Gumi? I pretty like her and since I have nothing to spend my like.....4k$- I wanted to buy her. Also, if I buy her, will she only be able to sing in her native language only like LITE voices or will she have other language compatibility?
