After the criticism of the performance during network test, they wanted to work more on the game. They should have announced this in sept direct or after the network test but they somehow still feel they can fix these problems within the 3 next months.
So they my success and release it in 2026, or delay it to 2027 ( which is anticipated)

It's now October and the gametest is a sweet memory. Kind of nuts that they havent announced anything about a release date yet but it makes sense.
I still believe it's coming this year. The gametest which is an older build of the game was awesome.
Ocarina of Time is suspiciously releasing early November. If Zelda was the feature game this winter it would normally release closer to December and Christmas shopping season. A week or two before December.
Makes sense that The Duskbloods would release late November as it's enough time for people to buy Zelda and finish it.
It also gives them the time to polish the game up and have the Network kinks ironed out.
If it does come out this year I would expect a release date trailer or direct for The Duskbloods just after Zelda comes out.
I've played pretty much every fromsoftware game, but most of them to me was like a once and done experience. Despite how much I like them, I'll at most replay them once before moving on.
That was until nightreign came and it just hit me like raw crack.
I understand nightreign wasn't for everyone so i don't want to glaze too much but it was genuinely fking great with the everdarks, deep of nights and the amazing dlc bosses. And I sank almost 1k hours into this game, elden ring on the other hand was only Abt 300hrs.
What made nightreign so special and caused me to sank so much hrs, honestly was the interactions with teammates and the rogue like elements.
It made every run just unique and u never know what's gonna happen.
This is prob what's gonna happen with duskbloods as well.
I had a taste of the network test and I can tell, it's just gonna be amazing

maybe its just me but cant help but think of bloodborne every time I hear bloodsworn, or see/read anything else to do with this game

I’m a NR fanatic and DB is gonna be more NR. So I’m gonna go all in. The thing is though, I play NR on my PSVR2 for the immersion and the large IMAX-like screen in my face. So no way I’m playing on a switch2 sized screen.
Now, I’ve been looking into porting the S2 through my META QUEST 3s, but apparently the lag will make this fast paced multiplayer game unplayable. Does everyone agree this is true?
Barring this, anyone have a suggestion for a new TV that would be ideal for the S2, that isn’t over $500? Thanks for any insight.
