Sunday in Paris was an unsold television pilot produced in 1991 that was never picked up as a series.

The comedy starred Debbie Allen as Sunday Chase, Diahann Carroll as Vernetta Chase, Jenifer Lewis as Taylor Chase, and John Witherspoon as Fredric Dickson. The supporting cast also included Jurnee Smollett, Brandon Quintin Adams, and Essence Atkins.

The pilot follows Sunday Chase, a successful daytime soap opera actress living in New York City, who leaves her career behind and returns to her family's Texas farm, where she reconnects with her lively extended family and adjusts to a very different way of life.

Debbie Allen's character name was Sunday who grew up in Paris, Texas.

Mara already has the script, and the story is written. What she needs now is the proper funding to bring her vision to life the way it deserves to be told.

How did you all feel about them writing an episode about how Reesie is managing the disease and looking forward to living a full life. I mean she literally said she’s too cute to die. Only to be RIP by the end of that episode. What was that about? Do you think that the scare tactic actually sista’s who tuned into the episode from wanting to get tested for HIV? They also had an episode where Toni gets tested which was also a bit cringy to watch. What are your thoughts? 💭

What are your thoughts on the girls teasing Joan Clayton for working at Wienerschnitzel in the mall food court?

I've always had mixed feelings about this storyline. I didn't like how Joan's job was portrayed as if it made her an underachiever. Honest work is honest work, and there's nothing wrong with taking a job to pay your bills while getting back on your feet. Everyone's journey looks different, and no one should be looked down on for earning a living.

What did you think about this episode and how the show handled Joan's situation?

Tracee Ellis Ross put the rumors about her being pregnant to bed. She lets the world know she is not pregnant.

I wish people would stop making up false rumors just for likes and views. I want to know who started this rumor?
