Do You Consider The Parkers A Classic?

I re-watched some episodes of the show, and they still hold up. The Parkers have alot of classic episodes, ones you still remember years later. Mo'Nique did a great job as Nikki Parker, and the other cast members as well. They had good chemistry with each other and made you feel they were family. Even though the series finale ending sucked, I still think the series finale was good. Everything was wrapped up; it's just that people didn't like the ending, and that's what brought the series finale down. If things had turned out differently, I think people would have been happier with the series finale. What are your thoughts on The Parkers? Do you consider the show one of the greatest sitcoms of all time?

Thoughts on Dumplin?

I remember watching the movie years ago with my aunt. We were looking for something to watch, and we decided on Dumplin. The movie was good, the characters were likable. Bo and Willowdean had good chemistry; they should have given more scenes between them because they didn't get that many in the movie, but that wasn't the focus of the movie, so I'm not upset over that. I'm happy they got together at the end because Bo really liked her, and it would be a shame for her to throw that away because she's concerned about what people think of them together. What do you think of the movie? Did you like it?

Sugarbaby (1985) Baby Cakes (1989)

I watched the movie yesterday. I also watched the TV remake starring Ricki Lake and Craig Sheffer called Baby Cakes. There are a few changes in Baby Cakes than Sugarbaby. In Baby Cakes, they went more into Grace's family background and her life outside the funeral home. She also had a friend who worked with her, and the way Rob's girlfriend found out about Grace and Rob is completely different than in Sugarbaby. The ending of Sugarbaby leaves you more on a cliffhanger because you don't know if they get back together in the end or not. Baby Cakes has more of a conclusion, and you found out if Rob decides to leave his girlfriend to be with Grace. What do you think of the two films? Which one do you think is better?

Do You Prefer Bing-watching or Watching Weekly?

I know everyone has their own way of watching shows, but which way do you prefer to watch your shows? Sometimes I will binge-watch and watch weekly, depending on the show, or how many shows I am watching at the moment. I understand someone's reasoning for saying they prefer weekly because the conversation dies very quickly after people binge-watch a season, and you forget most of what happened because everything is crammed together, and you didn't give your brain enough time to think things over. Do you think it's better to watch weekly than binge-watch?

Saved By The Bell (2020)

Does anyone remember the Saved by the Bell reboot? Everyone reprised their roles except for Dustin Diamond. Belmont Cameli is now on Off Campus. I completely forgot he had the role on the show. Did you watch the show?

Hellcats (2010 - 2011)

I started watching clips of the show after popping up on my YouTube feed. I know certain things that happened on the show for that reason. Robbie Jones and Matt Barr both had roles on One Tree Hill. Matt played Psycho Derek, and Robbie played Quentin, and Ashley Tisdale and Aly Michalka both had roles on the Disney Channel, which is where I mostly know them from. Gail O'Grady played both mom roles for this show and Hidden Palms, which also lasted one season. I know Sharon Leal from Recovery Road. Did you watch the show?

Chuck Lorre Sitcoms

How do you feel about his sitcoms? I know alot of people don't like them, but I don't hate them. I don't think they're as bad as people make them out to be. There are some good things about Chuck Lorre's sitcoms, like the chemistry between the stars, and some of the storylines are actually good. Do you think his shows get a bad rep?

Unforgettable (2011 - 2016)

I remember catching an episode when I was at home watching TV, and the episode was good; the tension was high. They had some good scenes between the two main leads and the person they were trying to rescue. I know Dylan Walsh from Nip/Tuck, and Poppy Montgomery from Without A Trace and Reef Break. I know about the cliffhanger at the end. Do you remember the show?

Body of Proof (2011 -2013)

I know about the show. I read somewhere that Dana Delany's character didn't gel well with the viewers and that she was unlikable. I know there was a storyline between her character, her ex-husband, and her supervisor. I know Dana Delany from Desperate Housewives, Pasadena, and from her guest role on Castle, and I forgot to mention she played the mother on the WB show Related; Jeri Ryan from Star Trek; Windell Middlebrooks from The Suite Life on Deck; and Mary Mouser from Cobra Kai. I know the show left off on a cliff-hanger. Did you watch the show?

Baby Cakes (1989)

I decided to watch this movie on YouTube, and the movie isn't terrible. Ricki Lake and Craig Sheffler have good chemistry; they work well together. I only know Ricki Lake as a talk show host; I didn't know she did acting as well. After doing some research on the movie, I found out that Craig plays Keith on One Tree Hill. He looks so young in the movie. Did you watch the movie?

Melissa McCarthy's Career

I think her career started out promising when she had TV roles in Gilmore Girls and Mike & Molly. She played different characters, and then when she transitioned into movies, she started playing the same character over and over again and became the butt of the joke because of the roles she was playing. What do you think of Melissa McCarthy's career? Do you think she plays different roles, or does she play the same character over and over again?

Unpopular Opinions You Have About TV?

I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion, but I wouldn't be mad if they brought back the 22-episode standard. I'm not against shorter seasons; I think going back to that would benefit some shows because not every show is the same, and some need more than others depending on the story and what they're planning to tell each season. What unpopular opinions do you have about TV?

Which genres would you like to see more of? Personally, I wish like to see more soap opera-type shows. I don't think we have gotten those types of shows in a while, and it is possibly dead.
