Beautiful melody in Applefish

Anyone else notice that one of the melodies in Applefish is very much like the main melody of Alison by Slowdive?

Regardless, it's a beautiful melody and being a musician all my life I know that it's likely not to be intential as some melodies have such a basic perfection that it's likely more than one musician are going to stumble across it in the meandering process of nailing down riffs and melodies for a composition.

Anyway, I just thought it was neat because I love Slowdive for their dreamy/gazey music and Violet Grohl's album has a lot of dreamy/gazey vibes among other cool influences to it

I built an app that hands one great album a day and we're featuring this awesome album ♥️

I've been working hard on a music discovery app with a simple idea - one great album, every day, handpicked and delivered by real editors. No algorithms, no playlists, simply one album with its story, links to the platforms, and much more... Violet's debut certainly earns its spot!

The idea is to slow things down, open up to new music daily, and put the albums back at the front.
