Would Scott Hall Have Been WWF Champion if he Stayed in the WWF?

Honestly, I think if Razor had stuck around, he could have had a hell of a heel program with Shawn Michaels and had their rubber match at SummerSlam '96 with Razor possibly winning it in their final ladder match or at some point in 1996.

I’m rewatching all the Wrestlemanias. One thing that stuck out to me was the lack of advertising and sponsorship in the venues. These pics are from #3 btw.
I’m not anti-capitalist but, it definitely shows their influence.
