I've built a new part of town, and for some reason the big garbage stands here are not being emptied. Not a single one of them. In the old part of town it's no problem at all. Any clue what the issue could be?

Health is 96%, happiness 100% - what is happening? Or is it like in reality - the better people live, the less they birth?

Today I was experimenting with containers on my test city (I test game mechanics there) and when I copied a flatbed line to a horse flatbed this happened )
You can't directly set a horse flatbed to pick up containers, however, if you copy a line from another flatbed... You can also edit it after that (choosing container size and resources)

It is useless in 1920 etc. but still can allow for some interesting gameplay

I kinda hope devs won't fix this )

So I start on making my 2nd-ish city. Two lane road you see here south-north leads to border and next to my 1st city. I want to make double lane bypass/ring road around new city and one lane road into city (south way on screen).

Am I cooking with this desing or you suggest another one from esthetic or functionality point of view? I know, roads in Glorious Republic are not important but I like them

Just finished pumping money into my oil wells and refinery, without checking prices. I should've focused elsewhere. Fuel and bitumen aren't worth very much

Hopefully the 80's oil crisis happens or some other thing happens to pump up oil prices

Edit to add: My oil tanker with 2770tonnes of oil is only worth 55k :(

So I'm currently building a new city with two orphanages. But I forgot to set the number of caregivers to 0. Reason: No one lives in the city yet.

However, the game assigns five children to the orphanage.

This could be the start of a heartwarming story about a few construction workers. But damn it: This is Soviet brutalism.

RIP, kids.
