Fourth IF she was more sailor/ocean themed then all members of spook shack can have their own urban legends theme yuzuha and manato are Japanese high school, Alice is Victorian, Lucy seems to be based of American urban legends with that goat and witch/sorcerer thing going on or maybe Native American with the tribe thing (this is kind of a stretch). Plus a big part of her backstory happen at PORT Ellis and her parents leaving on a BOAT and dying at DARKWATER research facility.

Why is she not more sailor themed? WHY!? Everything with her character feels like it’s pointing towards being based of maritime legends yet her design does not translate that at all aside from the tentacles!? Damm you hoyo and your missed opportunity with spook shack.
