4 year old fine line passion flower

This was my first color piece and I still love it! Got it in March of 2022. Has been touched up once in december 2024 (last picture). Wish shed thought to go back over the one vine coming off the side as that's pretty much faded away but love the overall piece and think it's faded in a very pretty way. This was done by Amber Gibbs at Straight Edge Tattoo in Murfreesboro, TN, @a.d.tattoos on Instagram. Including info bc i know I was excited to find an artist who could do this style when I lived in small town tennessee!!

Cherry Headphones

2nd pic isn’t the same high quality as the first, this one is 3 years old and it’s on my ankle

January 2024 -- May 2026 (no touch ups)

28 months -- love it and the detailed fine textures are still so clear. I know that's all going to keep getting blurrier and blurrier, but I kinda love the way it's doing that rn. Curious how this is going to keep ageing!

An orchid I’ll never accidentally kill

Original tattoo is from 2017 (pic 1), I got the tattoo touched up in 2019 (pic 2), and finally, present day (pic 3).

I hadn’t looked at the original pic in a while, and I don’t really love it looking back. The flowers do seem to look more beautiful as time goes on. I’ve been considering adding more of that reddish pink and incorporating a bit of depth/realism to the stem someday!

Traditional style parrot September 2017 - May 2026 (aged 8 years and 8 months)

Had to take this down and repost it because I can't do math lol. The original post said it was 6 years old and I was just about to post another of mine and that was done a few months later and I was like wait a minute. First picture is fresh second is healed.

Script tattoo, 16 years aged

OK, my 18-year-old anchor has been getting some love so I also wanted to share how well this script forearm tattoo has held up the past 16 years.

If I were ever to cover up a tattoo it would be this one, but I can’t complain at all about how it has aged. Also accept a cover up is probably not possible here but if you disagree I’d love some ideas!

Original photo was probably taken on a Blackberry so don’t come at me about quality. 😅

ALSO: I know these tattoos are pretty self-identifying. If you know me in real life…no you don’t. 😂

Traditional style bear May 2018 - May 2026 (aged 8 years)

Didn't realize I lost all my yellow until earlier lol. I kind of like the look of it without the yellow. I'm considering booking a touch up for the line work to freshen that up a little bit but I don't think I'd get a touch up on the color

Aged neotrad calf piece, 8 years

My skin was always a weird bumpy texture on this part of my leg. I don't put on sunscreen on this one very often, I tend to prioritize protectinf my upper body tattoos lol

First tattoo, aged 18 years

Got this when I was 18 as my first tattoo (yeah, yeah…there’s nautical stars 😂). I’m 36 now. Honestly super happy with how this has held up. I feel like it’s a lot clearer in person but man it’s hard to photograph the back of your leg. I couldn’t find a better photo from when I first got it, sorry for the shine.

My bee tattoo

Got my bee tattoo two years ago in Prague. I love it so much more now! The first pic is freshly done, the second a month after and then the third is today!
