25F / Retail Store Manager

I’ve been a manager at my store for a year now following my promotion from assistant manager.

I’m on 70k a year right now, my yearly pay review hasn’t happened yet and I keep being told it’s a ‘work in progress’. Other managers whose stores make less money than mine are on more than me which is definitely a gut punch but I will fight for what I deserve!

28 / Priceline Sales Assistant / 3 YOE

Dead end.
Hoped to get into courier work, but I've not had my license for long enough. Could only just recently afford to get it :)

Honestly no clue what to do from here, just feels like life's on standby mode until I can make some money to live.
I completed two IT certificates prior and after 3 years in customer service and the state of IT now, I don't think that's the way I can go.
