Base salary. Commission is extremely variable but averages out to around 2k gross per month.
Work week is 5.5 days so 50 hours total including a 1 hour break on weekdays (Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30, Saturdays 8:30-1:00).
I restock, troubleshoot, drive around. Easy enough work but wanting a raise

4y undergrad, 4 years med school, 4 years of hospital experience before changing to GP. Now in my 2nd term of GP training (have another 18 months to go + exams before fully qualifying as a GP). I am an employee whilst a registrar so recieve super/leave etc.
Last month’s commission plus fortnightly pay.
Best month on record for myself.
Delivered 15 with average gross per unit of $4400
(extremely high for our yard)
Commission paid at 15% of gross plus volume bonuses, finance, trade ins and aftermarket.
I’ve been a manager at my store for a year now following my promotion from assistant manager.
I’m on 70k a year right now, my yearly pay review hasn’t happened yet and I keep being told it’s a ‘work in progress’. Other managers whose stores make less money than mine are on more than me which is definitely a gut punch but I will fight for what I deserve!
This is with Saturday work; without, the pay stub would be sub $1100.
Dead end.
Hoped to get into courier work, but I've not had my license for long enough. Could only just recently afford to get it :)
Honestly no clue what to do from here, just feels like life's on standby mode until I can make some money to live.
I completed two IT certificates prior and after 3 years in customer service and the state of IT now, I don't think that's the way I can go.
