Idk if anyone else has seen Bethany's books/Bethany Taylor videos but she hauls so many books it's actually crazy. Just recently she posted a short showing all her book mail which was like 100+ books and she does this regularly.
Obviously I know she gets PR but surely she can refuse some of it or request less because it's actually insane how many books she gets.
did anyone here watch Noelle Gallagher? i’ve found myself really missing her content lately, it was so fun and comforting to me. i know she talked about being a bit burnt out after grad school. i just hope wherever she is she’s doing well.
A newbie here and it just came to my attention that there is a lot of criticism concerning Jack Edwards. Now that's half of the booktubers I follow and as I don't want to remain equally blatantly oblivious to criticism of the other half - what are some controversies pertaining to Ruby Granger?
I am always amused when Jack Edwards asks celebrities what their favourite/recommended books are. Invariably it's a safe classic or modern classic book. I'm sure there are some celebrities out there reading classics, but what this tells me is that there is a *very good* chance you haven't read a book since high school.
For once, rich celebrity people, give me an interesting answer. I know you all aren't sitting on a Saturday night pulling out your copy of The Brothers Karamazov.
