I'm looking for a quick and easy way to determine the outcome of lots of potential variables such as the cannabinoid content (both THCand minor noids) as well as the terpene content.

I just wanna make the most medicinal strain possible particular to my conditions. Is there an AI full of documented strains that would quickly predict the outcome of specific strain mixing- or even better- if I could specify the exact traits that I want and then suggest the most viable parents?

Also rather than just ratio alone, how useful is selective breeding to determine specific potency? EG: if I really really want 6-9% THC no more no less. I'm THC sensitive but it also has medicinal effect but too low does nothing.

I know doing this manually is possible but AFAIK, the more desired variables, the more complex it would be to determine- and I kinda want to have control over every variable- the weed here doesn't typically have high enough CBD/CBN/CBG to help me or those that do have no THC, way too much THC, or too little terpene content.

I know physically mixing multiple strains together in a joint could have this effect but I don't really have the money for buying 10 different types of weed that could be discontinued at any time for 1 joint. I want to design my perfect strain and I want it to last a lifetime.

So I’ve been doing a lot of reading, and it’s my understanding that a lot of these “strains” that are f1 crosses? (Plant a x plant b) will produce many different phenotypes (completely understand phenotype) but there’s strains that are considered more so true strains that are f5+ that will produce the same pheno maybe 2/3 and they’re considered more solid strains for that?

Couple questions
What’s the difference between f1/s1? S1 is a female that’s “selfed” to make seeds and a f1 is male female pollinated?

If i pheno hunted one of these hype strains say 100 plants and either selfed the best female i could find or find a good male i like and pollinate would that make those seeds F2? And do the same over and over again picking traits?

Last question where did inbred line IBL fall in?

Based on your personal experience, what is the minimum number of seeds you would pop if you want at least one male?

Mathematically (assuming a 50/50 split), it seems to be about 88% likely that I'd get at least one male of I popped 3 seeds and around 94% likely if I popped 4, but I want to know what has worked for you in the past.

Hey all, I would like to get into breeding eventually, but first I want to make sure I can reliably produce lots of feminized auto seeds because I'm not paying $15+ a pop for the rest of my life. From what I've been reading, this should be pretty straightforward, but I just want to check to make sure there's not something I'm overlooking.

I want to plant two plants from purchased F5 feminized auto seeds of the same strain. Then treat one with STS according to the proper schedule to produce female pollen sacs. Then in a well sealed tent, breed the two together, and harvest the seeds from the female once they're mature. This should result in lots of feminized auto seeds with the same reliable genetics as the parents, right?
