Can't get here soon enough. I am ready to park my ass on the beach and drink some cocktails.
ClubMobay has been booked. First time doing it for arrivals. Have only done departures previously.
Do people usually by from Keith? Someone else? Or stop on the way to the resort?
Looking to stay for our anniversary. Wanted to get a suite or nicer room. It looks like the premier ocean suite is the best available for our dates. What do you think about these rooms? Is it worth the Upcharge from the regular room?
Second question is there a lot to do around the resort or is it more secluded?
First time in Jamaica so excited to hear what you all think!
Anyone been to CN in the last few months that could tell us if they had any theme nights and if so what were the themes.

Had a fantastic time at CSS again recently, and went over to the SSB for the first time when it stops being au naturel at 6pm.
Oh, what we were missing out on! It was beautiful over there; sand was much better, good vibes from the public beach next door, and the facilities looked nice.
It seems a shame that it's locked behind au naturel - maybe it would be better becoming the main beach, and moving the au naturel side to, for example, the mineral pool area?
Failing that, it would be nice for there to be an open bar and grill for clothed people post 6pm, or making it close earlier. It might also help with integration, as we found the SSB'ers to be rather clique-y at the returners dinner!
Looking to book our 4th trip to CN end of Jan 2027 or beginning of Feb. I've been watching flights for the last 2 months and the prices are insane!! The flights are half the cost of the entire resort stay! Anyone have luck finding good options or any recommendations?
I’m staying at Riu Ocho Rios over the Christmas week and was wondering if anyone knows whether CSS offers a day pass for sale (for couple/wife and I)?
Staying at Tower Isle in October 24-30. Wondering if anyone has experience of occupancy rates at that time of year, and, chances of being upgraded to Ocean View vs the Garden view I booked.
My wife and I have never travelled to Jamaica or stayed at an all inclusive resort. We’re going to Couples Negril in a couple weeks. Looking for advice on anything, dos and donts, plus any recommendations. Any advice is appreciated.
20th anniversary coming up for my wife and I in October, looking for recommendations in the Caribbean.
Last AI we visited was 3yrs ago in Punta Cana—- was Grand Bavaro but is now JOIA Bavaro. We visited in the offseason and were def some of the younger couples there—it was very quiet during our stay. We loved everything about it except for the sargassum and lack of nightlife. Didn’t learn until later in the trip that we could go next door to a neighboring/sister resort with its own nightclub, casino, etc…. Not a huge deal and if we go back we will try visiting next door.
Sargassum is an issue for us as we love the beach and unfortunately it seems to be overwhelming in many popular resorts. In Jamaica (where apparently there is little to no sargassum) we are looking at Couples Negril, Swept Away, or Excellence Oyster Bay but also don’t know which way to turn because there are several popular and luxury/high end resorts in Isla Mujeres (which apparently has little to no sargassum.
We are early 40s , very social and good looking and looking for Adults Only, romantic, beautiful beach, upscale/luxury resorts that won’t break the bank. Excursions south as snorkeling/etc would be a plus but not mandatory. Obviously good food but food is subjective and what one person hates another may absolutely love. Lively pools and resort life but not a party resort. We are not a lifestyle couple but also are not offended by a lifestyle friendly resort. Once we see one we like it seems there are four more that get mentioned and it can be overwhelming.
Thanks to all in advance.
The best part of the day at Couples Sans Souci might be the hour in between. (But I could make the case that every hour is the best.)
After a long day of sunshine, saltwater, and sand, we head back to our room, shower, slip into our Couples robes, and open the bottle of champagne we have stocked in the minibar each day. (Pro tip: bring your own unbreakable champagne flutes and a champagne stopper.)
Then we slow down.
We sit together on our balcony overlooking the Caribbean, watch the sun gradually settle toward the horizon, sip our champagne, and enjoy the quiet. No schedule. No phones. Nowhere we need to be for a little while.
Just the two of us, the sound of the sea, a Jamaican sunset, and that peaceful feeling that comes at the end of a perfect beach day.
Eventually, we’ll get dressed for dinner. Our resort finest - looking good for each other on our weeklong date.
But for now, we’re perfectly content right here. And tomorrow we'll get up and do it all over again.🥂🌅🇯🇲
Just got back from our first trip and absolutely loved our time there. Just curious if people have experience or know the policy of getting pictures taken by the resort photographer after leaving. Thanks in advance!
