Humana - Hospital Privileges

So, we are trying to get a contract with Humana and VNS for our practice in NY. They are asking for hospital privileges and we do not have that as we never admit patients into hospitals.

Any advice on what to do here?

How to medical organizations expect new hire providers to wait 3-6 months before training to make a living when they're out of work for that long?

I think waiting 3-6 months prior to starting a job is horrible, especially if the company is not paying you in this time period to make up for lost wages. They can at least have you come in and shadow various providers, see self-pay patients, or manage in-basket messages and results. In addition, the whole, "Enjoy your time off" when you're nearly broke and live with your parents because you have no money and you have no money because you're a new graduate and cannot start your first job for another 3-6 months. Like how tf do you expect me to enjoy my time off lol. What do y'all think about this.

Credentialing with Humana

Anybody successfully credentialed with Humana as a group or provider for Medicare? I don't trust credentialing companies and will be doing this myself.

My question is, does Humana like broader services or niche services better?

Someone explain how to enroll in Optum Pay as Sole Prop

Enrolling in optum pay as a sole proprietor is making me want to lose my mind. I've been declined 3x now. I just called, but the rep didn't add any insight into what I'm doing wrong. My voided check is somehow an issue as well as my W-9 and CP-575 (which I had to upload on this last attempt). I don't know why. My EIN and voided check still have my home address associated with it; is that part of the issue? Do I put the account under my personal name, since it says avoid DBA if possible? If anyone has a step-by-step guide on how to get this done, I'd very much appreciate it!
