I do parody stuff and draw mlp with crossed. Hope you enjoy these two! This isn’t power scaling btw

Okay, it's an idea that came to me to create. Imagine the purest virtues in the world, visualize the most positive and heartwarming redress for decency, evoke your best dreams, and realize that it could only get better. Well, there you have a Homo Salvator, or also, an Anti-Crosseds, Anti-Crosseds are opposite variants to Crosseds; they are anomalies of the virus. What, there is only 1 in 10 million Crosseds. This variant makes infected people altruistic, prosocial, hyper-empathetic, benevolent, philanthropic, and they represent the three extremes of the luminous triad. When they are hungry, Anti-Crosseds give parts of themselves and/or any food they need. The survivors, who share and wait until the survivor begins to eat, are heroic and very brave, protective and kind. This variant is the complete opposite of the original virus. When a person is about to become infected with this variant, they experience the following: 1: An inverted cross appears on their face, like a scar. 2: A sensation of cold but warmth on their face. 3: They lose all apathy and their morality increases. 4: Slightly higher levels of affection and values. 5: An intense desire to save other uninfected people and care for them. 6: Self-care and kind, protective thoughts. 7: Total loss of fear. 8: Regeneration in affected areas. 9: A feeling of tranquility and a good future. 10: Preserved intelligence. Although you are more likely to win the lottery than encounter one, if you do, the Anti-Crosseds will be loyal to you and will protect and respect you.

I looked at Evil Dead Burn and, looking at him, I felt like I was seeing infected C’s, and that’s where I thought to myself, is it that the people are an evolution, much stronger than the infected, what did you think?

I’m not asking for every comic to have a “happy ending”, but at this point I am ENTIRELY desensitized to the gimmick of every character being raped and mutilated by the end of the story. Like, the shock value isn’t there anymore, I’m not gonna put any effort into caring about these characters if they’re all just gonna be torture porn fodder. Oh look at that, all the even half-likable characters get drawn and quartered, and the psycho necrophilic rapist in a universe full of psycho necrophilic rapists becomes a recurring character!! Fuck off.

And yeah, at the end of the day the brutality and depravity is what we’re here for, but for fuck’s sake I still have to READ the damn comic. I swear to god, like 90% of this series is just poorly thought out excuses of a plot to draw super sweet hot babes masturbating with like a dead rat or some shit. Nothing interesting done with the concept because fuck that, I want to draw fucked-up porn!! Wow, isn’t that cool?? We’re really pushing the limits with this one!!! What will Crossed have in store next?????

idk what it is but I think Garth Ennis hates the people of England because why did he choose to make the faces of the infected based on english flag?

idk it how to look at, no disrespect to the English as an American I respect the people of England but man this is giving me some strange vibes.

So yesterday I finished Badlands and decided I'll give Psychopath a read today. I get it now. This was without a doubt the worst bit of crossed I've read yet, I wanted to see Amanda's backstory because she is cuckoo bananas in The Livers, and man damn that poor girl. Harold Lorre feels like a self insert from David Lapham because realistically, any of the smart crossed characters would've found him and killed him a long time ago, how nobody saw through his lies baffled me.

Also, there is no fucking way he doesn't die at the end. He sews his own lips back on?? The lips that Amanda spat onto the floor, the floor that was covered with Lori's breast soup?? And he didn't get infected?? He either would turn crossed or just die from a plain old infection, the human body doesn't work like that - you can't just cut your lips off and sew them back on. Total madness, total crap.

I guess it was worth a read just to see how bad it could be, and it definitely exceeded my expectations at that. As a whole, total crap. Now I'm reading WYWH, I'm about 1/3 of the way through the first volume, and it is awesome so far.

So. Just finished the first volume of WYWH, I gotta say.. this is great. Oh man, how refreshing. I didn't really understand why everyone said it was so good, but I get it now. It's so damn good. The characters? Amazing, realistic, and perfect. The setting? Incredible, I love it, Cava is the unlikely paradise. SO FAR. No spoilers pls, I'm enjoying this a lot and I'm so hyped for the next 3 volumes, I noticed that Simon Spurrier wrote this one, and his work in Crossed so far has been pretty damn good!

You guys were not lying when you said WYWH was the best, I get it now. This is peak.

I think mines probably volume 14 because the utter batshit craziness the ending goes is stupidly crazy. Like he lives through so much then at the end he gets killed by some medical ant spirit. Then are actual narrator gets played by his turned Professor it's just all bad.
