Making a dance video til I’m skinny Day 28….
Hello wonderful humans…
Sorry for the late late post, but my gym has been invaded by a swarm of newcomers so I had to patiently wait them out🤣🤣🤣
It was a war of attrition, but I won in the end… I am determined to keep these videos going… Even though I probably worked out a little longer than I needed to today.
Two videos today the first song is crescendolls by Daft Punk… And the second video is bangarang by Skrillex
if you missed the update yesterday, I lost another 5 pounds last week bringing the total to 35 pounds in 28 days and a total current weight of 285… The goal of 200 seems very reachable now whereas when I started four weeks ago, it seemed impossible
I have you people to thank …Your kind words and positive vibes have kept me motivated, and I am more determined than ever before.
Dance is the movement of the universe concentrated in an individual.”

This is your reminder to hydrate.
I've been thinking a lot lately about how much what we put into our bodies affects how we feel, function, and move through life. I realized if you take care of your body it will take care of you. I remember not having energy to go to the park, fishing, concerts, but once I changed my ways everything else begin to change with it. You are what you put into yourself. If you want to feel better then you must eat and drink better. Once I started reading food labels and hydrating properly my body and mindset has changed so much. I used to sleep all day if I could, now I don't think I can make it past 8 because it's so ready to begin the day instead of waste it away. I hope this post inspires someone to make changes in their life style. May this post even be a reminder to you to eat and drink water today.
Your body is the only home you're guaranteed to live in for your entire life. What you put into it matters. The better, healthier things you give your body, the better chance you have of feeling energized, clear-minded, and capable of getting through your day.
I used to drink root beer constantly. Switching to water was HARD. The habit, the temptation, the cravings... it wasn't an overnight change. But eventually I made the choice to take better care of myself, and I can genuinely feel the difference. Granted I do treat myself in restaurants and such, but I'm not addicted like I once was. I used to go through a 2 liter a day. Wondering why my back hurts so much and why I was always tired and drained. Well it turns out it was my kidneys screaming. Telling me to hydrate and to do better. I didn't want to be on dialysis by 35, so I decided to make a change.
I wake up feeling refreshed instead of foggy. I have more energy in the morning, and by the middle of the day I'm still ready to keep moving. Even after a long day at work, I'm not completely wiped out. I still have enough energy to come home and do the things I want to do.
And that's what made me realize something: taking care of yourself isn't just about how you look. It's about how you feel.
We spend so much time maintaining our homes, our cars, our pets, our possessions... but sometimes forget to maintain the one thing carrying us through all of it.
Take care of your temple. Drink the water. Eat the food that actually gives your body what it needs. Get some movement. Get some rest. Pay attention to how your choices make you feel.
You don't have to change everything overnight. I didn't. But every better choice is still a choice in the right direction.
And honestly, there's something pretty damn rewarding about realizing that your body has more to give you when you actually give it what it needs. 🌱💧

Making a dance video til I’m skinny Day 25….
Happy Friday everybody… I hope you have a wonderful weekend… I am swamped at work so I don’t have time to ramble today… I’m down to 10 days left , so now is the time where I need to conserve my energy and probably go to two rest days a week instead of one.
Big weigh in on Sunday and I’m expecting a good result. My chef jackets are loose now so I know it’s gonna be a good number.

Good afternoon wonderful humans!!!!
I hope everyone is having a fantastic Wednesday so far. I thought today’s video would throw it back to the old school.
This track is called Freak-a-Zoid by Midnight Star
if you want my entire playlist, it can be found : HERE
On a personal note, I can’t believe I’m about to say the following statement, but apparently there is some copycat accounts going around on TikTok and Instagram that are impersonating me for God knows what reason.
So I guess , this is me , this is where I post. I will never directly message you unless requested or we have had previous discussions and I will certainly never ask for anything..
Today is cheeseburgers for supper and I have been anxiously awaiting this meal on the menu, as I have not had a cheat meal in 23 days so I’m going to have a partial cheat meal and have a cheeseburger and the bun… I feel that this is a reward for sticking to my diet for 23 days in a row.
I will probably go to the gym after work and burn it off on the treadmill, but I’m going to enjoy the hell out of it
Much love as always, and keep your chin up and your feet on the dance floor.
