Adbry experience anyone? (esp from Rinvoq or Cibinqo)

Hello! Just started Adbry today and interested in people's experience with it.

Background: Severe eczema my whole life, tried Dupixent briefly when it came out years ago but I hate needles, had bad injection site reaction, and it didn't do much for me (granted, I was only on it a couple months). Then I was on Rinvoq for at least 3 years, moved from 15 mg to 30 mg -- the acne sucked, but it cleared things up well, eventually lost effectiveness and tried Cibinqo, but didn't see much of a difference. I left my job in February and ran out of Rinvoq/Cibinqo at the end of May and that really put me in a bad flare (benadryl every day, my scalp is disgusting, awful, couldn't focus on anything). Because I haven't had insurance I didn't want to go to the derm and pay out of pocket but finally bit the bullet today because it's been so bad. She started me on Adbry, gave me samples, (finally gave up the hatred for needles because it's just been so miserable, I'll do anything) and gave me a prescription for Prednisone to calm things down (which I've done 1 or 2x a year for bad flares my whole life).

Anyone have success with Adbry? Because my scalp has been so bad I'm a little worried because I've heard it can cause dandruff (but also, I have no other options right now lol).

Jak inhibitors vs biologics

I started my eczema treatment journey about a year ago with Baricitinib. The first 5 months were amazing, my skin improved more than I thought was possible.

After that, things started getting a bit worse. Still much better than before treatment, but not as good as those first few months.

My dermatologist convinced me to switch to Tralokinumab. The 2–3 weeks off baricitinib were awful and I basically flared back to square one. Now I’ve been on tralokinumab for 3 months and I’m still nowhere near the results I had with baricitinib, I would say close to no results whatsoever.

Has anyone had little or no success with tralokinumab but responded well to dupilumab? Is it worth a shot? Or would you go back to a JAK inhibitor in this situation?

Sidenote: also had alopecia areata in the past.

Anyone Stop Dupixent?

I’m going through a flare up on my neck and forearms. Seriously contemplating switching to Ebglyss, Rinvoq, Cibinqo, or an immunosuppressant.

Anyone stop Dupixent and switch to a pill or Ebglyss? What was your experience and if it didn’t work, what did you try next?
