Hey guys, finally got one of my dream pieces of kit, a gently used ESX-1. Currently waiting for a card reader to be able to manage samples on it. I assume it was factory wiped and that's why it says no samples every time I try and utilize it?

My real question on top of that, is seeing as it stores samples in its on board RAM, does it retain samples and sequences after a power cycle? Or does it need to load everything from the card every time?

Nachdem ich die letzten Tage einige schöne Setups gesehen habe, wollte ich auch mal meinen Tisch zeigen 😂. Wird ständig hin und her gebaut und sieht ein bisschen wild aus. Aber so ist das eben 👌Hauptsache es macht Spass!

I’ve just received what appears to be the original memory card for the ESX-1 I bought a few weeks ago (seller forgot the card) but it doesn’t do anything when I put it in and try to load it.

I am pressing shift and button 16 but it doesn’t not do anything. Does anyone know if this means that there are no samples on the card or does it suggest that the machine is broken?
