¡Hola!

Two football legends 👑

Both of them entertained us immensely, and neither is better than the other. Each has his own followers, and the titles they’ve won are simply a recognition of their incredible journeys. All the constant debate over numbers, trophies, and superiority is just noise between the two fanbases. They don't need to prove anything anymore; they proved it long ago. Unfortunately, an 18-year football era has officially come to an end.

Thank you both for everything 🐐

34 years in football. 22 years as professional. The little kid from Rozario said I have fun like a child in the street. When the day comes when I'm not enjoying it, I will leave football.

Let rhe hate comment begin.

Post World Cup blues - already feeling it. How y’all dealing with it.

After celebrating with my 3 daughters, wife and Host of Spanish friends my daughters immediately turned to me (ages 13, 14, and 15) and said they were already sad that the final game and WC was over. I told them I remember first feeling that feeling about when I was a young kid watching what I remembered was my first World Cup.

I had the post WC blues hit me harder today - was watching highlights and reading stories. My girls are getting interested in watching the club games when they start back up but I’m not feeling it yet.

Curious y’all’s strategies/thoughts?

Messi brought me to football , legend!

Messi is a fantastic player! I was so impressed with him during the 2022 World Cup that I fell in love with football (soccer, as we call it here in America). I didn’t grow up watching the sport, but those games in ‘22 made me understand for the first time the incredible passion that he and his teammates brought to the field.
He is truly amazing — like a lion, maybe an older lion now, but still fierce and incredibly smart. I hated seeing this ending, and I don’t know if there was pressure for them to lose or something else, but I definitely felt like something wasn’t quite right with the team that day.
