Ordered FUELONE Whey Iso-Max 2kg for ₹349 on JioMart. The order was confirmed, but they later cancelled it without any explanation.
I know it was probably a pricing mistake, but has this happened to anyone else? Did JioMart offer any compensation or just cancel the order?
Ordered 3 packs of these 1.2kg quacker oats but received only one 1.2kg pack, the other 2 were 1kg packs.
I would also like to appreciate and criticize their customer service as they were quick to arrange the replacement but at one point they were unable to recieve my messages from their end(message were delivered successfully from my side) so the chat ended but thankfully my replacement was confirmed by that time.
Please be aware and record the unboxing video even if you can see the number of items are correct and make sure to check the size of the products.
Also correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that the delivery partner have access to the order list and pick the items themselves? If so I would also try to raise a complaint against them.
What kind of calculations are these.
Saying delivery free and still adding 30 rs fee to the total.
Only jio mart can do
I ordered 2 ice creams and other stuff to make up for the minimum 99 rupee order value. Guess what? I ordered at 11:05 pm and after waiting for almost more than a "Hour" I cancelled the order at around 00:15 A.M . I tried using their Artificial Negligent bot for assistance and it couldn't find my shipment details.
I specifically paid for "Quick delivery" which has a 30 rupees charge, yet they can't manage to deliver an order on time. I also tried contacting the smart bazaar from which my order was being delivered from as shown on the map and their customer care, all of them closed and will reopen today ( next day ) in morning. I don't see a point of waiting till "next day" for a quick order , where they should focus on providing immediate assistance because THEY ARE THE ONES ACCEPTING ORDERS AT 11PM.
More issues not related to order - Their UI is absolute waste. They have so much money yet they can't make a proper working app which doesn't freeze. Their delivery status never updates for me, no matter when I order , it shows it will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. is it hard for them to calculate a simple ETA based on their active employees and current deliveries? Laziest company to exist.
Anyways I refunded the order and received an SMS that I will receive my money in 3-5 business days. I will update here if I do not receive a refund in time.

So Jiomart recently started charging ₹30 for home delivery, and I figured, fine—if I need something urgently, I'll pay it.
All I actually wanted was a loaf of bread.
But because of the minimum order requirement, I had to add a Surf Excel detergent powder just to qualify for delivery. The detergent wasn't even my primary purchase—it was just filler so I could get the bread delivered.
And then comes the absolute joke.
The store marks the bread as "Out of Stock" and cancels it.
What do they deliver instead? Only the detergent.
To make things worse, Jiomart says they'll refund only the ₹37.80 for the cancelled bread, but the ₹30 delivery charge stays with them.
So let me get this straight:
I paid a delivery fee mainly to get bread delivered.
Jiomart failed to deliver the one item I actually needed.
They still kept the delivery charge.
I ended up with a packet of detergent that I only added to meet their minimum order requirement.
How is it fair to charge customers for a delivery when the service you paid for wasn't actually fulfilled? If the essential item is cancelled by the store, the least you should do is refund the delivery fee as well.
This feels less like customer service and more like making customers pay for Jiomart's inventory problems.
Absolutely disappointing experience. If you're going to charge for home delivery, at least have the decency to refund that charge when you fail to deliver the customer's primary item.
Do better, Jiomart.
