Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with renewing my learner’s license as it has already expired. When I try to renew it, the RTO website shows an error at the final stage saying “page can’t be found.”

Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this?

The second issue is with my sister’s learner’s license. She attempted the online test from her mobile but couldn’t clear it, and all three attempts have expired. I checked on YouTube, and it says that the option to pay the fees again should appear on the dashboard, but it’s not showing up.

Has anyone faced these issues before? If yes, please let me know how to resolve both problems.
